Central hotel, a few meters from the temple of the Sun, and only 3 blocks from the square, spacious rooms and good Wi-Fi and excellent breakfast.

Felt very safe, with a dedicated dorman. Water and snacks can be purchased in the little stores on the corner, and laundry is available just up the street as well. The location is fairly central — its right behind the huge ruins of Koricancha, and about 2 short blocks from avenida del sol. The plaza de armas is about a 5-10 min walk. I liked the decorations and the fact that on check-in the receptionist does a good job of giving lots of information and making sure you are oriented. Breakfast here is better than most, and goes well beyond the basic bread, butter, jam and juice you see everywhere in the sacred valley. The only thing missing is a nice rooftop garden or a city view.

Very nice room, good location although its access is a little complicated by the nature of the street. Excellent attention.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is good but no toast. They also do not deliver complimentary water bottles as in other hotels in Cuzco of equal or lesser price.

Good breakfast spread. Oxygen available on request, although you have to use the same mask others use it that bothers you. Fantastic location near the main square. On downside — the streets are very narrow so vehicles can have difficulty.

Excellent location that allows a touristic visit to Cuzco ok foot. Nice hotel but lacks parking. The street is quite narrow and busy because it is close to a school.

Very comfortable. Clean with plenty of hot water. Great breakfast buffet is included and the restaurant is open 5am till 10pm.

Customer service is excellent, very nice reception, especially coming from another hotel in Cusco. The double bedroom was very clean, with a king size bed and a nice view. Bathroom was clean, had a big bath with power shower. The only negative part was the Wi-Fi, it was quite slow, but it didn't affect us since we had our own. The customer services promised to look into the issue. Highly recommended.

Great hotel with lovely staff quite close to the main historical square of Cuzco. The room was in a tidy and clean condition when we arrived and the staff were very helpful with the odd bits and pieces we needed after doing the Inca Trail! Finally breakfast was lovely, very much recommend this place.

The room assigned to me was clean, spacious and I occupied one of 2 large beds. Fond memories of hotel taypikala and the quaint town of cusco. CHEW/LOY KHOON, Singapore.
