Great view is the beach and cliffs in lima. Can watch the surfers.

The hotel Los Andes de America is in a great location in the center of town. There are many stores, restaurants and sight seeing activities within walking distance. We had a suite on the 2nd floor that had a small living room with a balcony and a king sized bed in the bedroom. The bathroom was of adequate size with a shower tub combination. The staff was very helpful with all of our needs. The breakfast was a mixture of hot and cold foods and numerous items such as eggs, toast, fruits, cereals, yogurts and pancakes to name a few. We were there for a long weekend and had a great stay.

Very good central location, but rooms are problematic — most of them have no exterior windows, and openings from bathrooms face the same space, so all sounds from adjacent rooms are heard very well, which can be irritating.

Staff was super helpful, rooms were clean, breakfast was decent, and it was very safe. Laundry service is expensive but everything came back clean and folded. Walls are a little thin if you're next to the lobby, but it's pretty quiet overall. We stayed in 2 different rooms on either end of our Inca Trail hike and both were comfortable. They even stored our extra bag during our 4 day hike so we had less to carry.

We had 5 rooms and all of us were very happy with this hotel. It has the old peruvian culture charm, but has been kept up very well and is very clean & located near the big plaza. It also has free Wi-Fi. The staff is exceptional in helping guests with all their needs and requests. The free breakfast includes scrambled eggs, meat, breads, jams, fruit, juices, etc. The cafe attached to the hotel has delicious homemade soups, sandwiches, and bakery goods, along with specialty ice creams. The coffee is good! & so is the peruvian hot chocolate! rudy has been there many years and is very attentive to whatever you may request. The room price is fair and includes a very nice breakfast. The location is perfect & near everything. All 10 of us loved staying here! thank you rudy, staff, and cooks for a wonderful week in your best western hotel los andes de amercia cusco. Customer service by two employees in particular (Rudy and Anna) was excellent as well as the hotel restaurant. You must have the quinoa soup! Bathrooms are nice too. The only difficulty is that there is no handicap room and the floor is uneven for people that have additional difficulty walking (my dad had a leg brace). But the staff was very helpful for him.

Good hotel. Near the plaza de armas. The super full breakfast until 10 am. Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. Very silent. They have shuttle service to the airport at a price very cheap. Clean and comfortable bed. Staff very attentive and helpful.

I have no complains about my stay at this hotel, in fact, I only have nice things to say, heres why: — the staff were very friendly and helpful. I forgot my sunnies in the room and only noticed when I reached my next destination, when I called the hotel a staff member told me they found the sunnies and I arranged to collect them. (Unfortunately in South America this is very out of the ordinary) — the location is perfect! Close to all major spots, everything is just around the corner — the breakfast was delicious, they had fresh fruits, fresh fruit juice (not from the bottle! ), the eggs and coffee were hot — the rooms and common areas (lobby, restaurant, computer area…) were clean and tide. Overall I highly recommend this hotel, it made our stay in Cusco even better, it's the kind of hotel you look forward to go back to whether youve spent the day wondering around the streets of cusco or hiking around the inca ruins.

A very good hotel in Cuzco. As usual you will be received with a little mate of coca, which you boirrez in the lobby. The rooms are small but spacious enough for 2. We did not have a problem with hot water.
They kept our suitcases when we left for two days in the Sacred Valley of the Incas.
