Good care, recommended.

It is one of the best hotels and I recommend the first attention and the rooms are a show at all very good service.

Very good service and spacious garage. And very safe.

Staff are pleasant and helpful. Very comfortable atmosphere.

The atmosphere in the hotel is rather depressing — not sure what contrubites for this feeling but it almost darkened my stay in Cusco. Other major disadvantage is that there is no sound insulation — everything that happens anywhere in the hotel immediately becomes public knowledge to every visitor :)

The place where it is located is not as close to the square and as budget hotel I think it is not. The good thing is that they give rich buffet breakfast. The hot cakes were very rich.

Hotel is very clean with good breakfast, only issue was smell in bathroom from pipes, we were re assigned another room. It is not located within walking distance of plaza de armas, but you can be there in a couple of minutes via taxifor 5 soles ($1.60)

I stayed 8 days on this site and we liked it very much. The staff is very friendly and attentive, always worried about your comfort. Comfortable beds and breakfast included very rich. Clean bathrooms, hot water, the only problem is that from time to time an ugly Olorsito comes out of the bathroom pipes.

The best area to stay and a very good service. Grateful for all the staff. Highly recommended.

Very well located, with places to eat cheaper than in the center, the market of Wanchaq with prices more economical than the Central market of San Pedro. The staff's attention in all their roles is excellent, always attentive to the needs of the guests.
Comfortable rooms and with all its implements. (I read a couple of comments that they charged the shampoo (? ), getting bad for towels and toilet paper (? ), of the noise of the street, with the transit that it has is impossible that it is not heard, in short; it is not * * * * * * as they will be accustomed). Attached a picture of the bathroom when I received it and you will see that it is all and more as I travel alone, had 2 towels.

Good alternative to the high fees that are always present in this city, value for money excellent value. Very attentive, friendly and helpful.

My stay was not very pleasant, the windows let pass all the noise of the cars that crossed in the night, the bathrooms at times smelled of food and at other times it smelled of sewage, I asked champoo and told me that it was a cost extra that only gave soap, towels stiff from so many washings that they had, the bathroom mirror, supported by two tacks to the point of falling if one gave a bad butt, the connection of the hot water was with an electric shower and the worst thing is that I had a connection exposed which I thought was super dangerous. I have received much more attention in other hotels within cusco for less price, I would not recommend it.

Clean and good customer service. Unfortunately it is very busy, start to do toilet at 6:30 AM, pass the vacuum cleaner, put on loud music and sing at full lung. It is not a good place to sleep or less rest.

It is a good hotel, I liked the attention, but the mattresses are not good.

Because despite the problems with a travel agency, they knew how to give us the deal we needed after the bad time. Breakfast great and excellent service.

Rooms comfortable, clean and staff dedicated to a nice stay.
