We had a wonderful stay at Palacio del Inka. The building is beautiful, rooms very nice and comfortable, and all staff we came in contact with were eager to help you with anything to make sure your stay was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved the historic building, the great patio — and the baby alpaka — and my cosy room. What made my stay so special were the wonderful people working there. Great job, guys! ¡Gracias por todo!

The staff were very friendly! The rooms were nicely appointed. The tour of the hotel and pisco sour class were a nice touch! And the best part was the baby alpaca in the courtyard that we got to take pictures with!

If you travel to Cusco — Peru, I absolutely recommend to stay at the Palacio del Inka. It is a truly luxury hotel. Absolutely beautiful and clean. The location is perfect, close to Cusco’s Plaza de Armas (downtown square), the staff super helpful and friendly. The breakfast is a delicious buffet with traditional Cusco breads, deli meat, fruit, sausages, egg, etc The coffee is grown and roasted locally from towns like Urubamba (Sacred valley of the Incas) A special shout-out to Rene from the front desk, since we walked in for checking made us feel at home. Very helpful and super nice, he noticed we were affected by the high altitude and tired from a really early flight, gave us a mate de Coca (coca tea helps with high altitude sickness) and let us check-in 4 hours early so we can rest. That’s truly customer service. Fantastic experience, will definitely be back!

Great hotel with lots of local colour and amazing service.

We have only been here a few hours, but this may be the best Marriott property I have ever been to. From the staff that greeted us at the front entrance to Emerson and Victor giving us a tour and a lesson on the Pisco Sour. This is more than a hotel… it’s an experience.

I the heart of Cusco, set in old Governors house exists a sprawling museum which is actually a Hotel. Filled with priceless art and pottery this establishment provides delicious meals with Curtesy.

When we arrived we were too tired so our room was too small and we ask for another room and finally they gave us a nice sweet room thanks for their undrestanding.

Excellent place, comfy, warm, excellent food, very romantic, some rooms have a very nice view, it's really close to plaza de armas, about 300m. Highly recommended for couples. It has Wi-Fi, spa, breakfast from another world.

We loved our stay here. Service is excellent (especially Cedrid in the Rumi Bar! ), and you're staying in absolutely historic quarters. It's a great jumping off point for seeing the historic capital of both Inca and Colonial Peru, in a 15th century Inca temple, converted to a 16th century Spanish Colonial Mansion, maintained now as a 21st century luxury hotel. The historic tour of the Hotel itself is a worthy first evening, before a tour of the town or other nearby sites in your following days.

Very beautiful and historic hotel in the center of town. So easy to get around the town. Beautiful suits and all the luxuries one would expect from the Starwood/Marriott Luxury Collection. Staff is friendly and accommodating. One of the nicer premium accommodations in the neighborhood.

Friday I had the great opportunity to indulge in an amazing dinner with a group of 11 friends I knew from the Universtiy. We were celebrating a reunion of the class of '73. We reunited at The Palacio del Inka in Cusco for a fabulous farewell dinner. The detail of every plate was exquisite. My taste buds were dancing with joy and pleasure. The service we received from Luigy the maître d' made us feel like we were specially attended to during the entire evening. We even got a private harp concert. Wow, what a fabulous night! I highly recommend it.

A very nice hotel but a little disappointed. A 5-star hotel using a little portable heater to try to warm up the room instead of fixing the heating system or moving us to an another room.

Exceptional, modern services in a place steeped in history. The rooms are very well appointed, large enough for two people in the Deluxe room, provide an air-conditioned room for people who do not love sleeping in the heat. Very well located less than 5minutes from the plazas de Armas of the souvenir shops and the many historical sights of the city. 24-hour oxygen Services for those who need it. The whole staff is very present without being oppressive and professionalism worthy of a palace.
Meals and breakfasts are excellent.
An address to recommend with your eyes closed.

This 4 storey hotel is an enigma. The label says Luxury. The hotel doesn’t measure up to it.
Ground floor is for reception, concierge, luggage store, restaurant, a mini shop and a meeting room.
It is a maze, lacks signage or clarity.
Seems to lack adequate ventilation. The buffet breakfast room was unpleasantly hot. We sat out near the courtyard.
They do have a do it yourself 24 hour tea station but only provide very small cups. In the Why Bother category.
The rooms are large and beds comfortable.
No in room tea or coffee facilities.
Shower over bath is designed to leak water at the glass screen and water running along the inside wall and the rim of the bath then flows onto the floor. A smaller shower head and a bath with a lip would fix the problem.
We had a bottle of drinking water provided. However it seems that the hotel normally charge 10 Sol or about US$3.
Aircon is heat only but by putting it into cooling mode & dropping the temperature the fan comes on and freshens the stuffy room air.
Meal prices are very high. Go outside to Sepia for a similar good meal at half the price.
The staff are very good.

Quite an awesome experience from the welcome of the super friendly and professional staff, the beautiful and super interesting property, full of art and history, the delicious food. Totally worth it.

We had the BEST stay at Palacio del Inka! Everyone was nice and very helpful! The hotel itself is like a museum, because of the artworks scattered everywhere from the lobby to the breakfast area! We wish we could have stayed longer! We were also platinum SPG, so we were upgraded to a suite with 2 balconies that overlook the yard with the fountain, in the middle of the hotel. Oh, and we were welcomed with chocolates in the room :) The breakfast was also a highlight! They had a huge selection from Western to Peruvian, and also had fresh honey (bees included) on stand-by! The hotel might not be nearest to the central square, but the walk was easy, and the area was very picturesque.

Excellent hotel. The service is spectacular. First-class facilities. It has an incredible story and many surprises that I did not expect. I would recommend it to closed eyes… By far the best hotel where I've been.

Ideally situated in the historic centre of Cusco this hotel is a great place to base yourself. The breakfast buffet is a real highlight, served from 4am until 10am it’s a great way to start your day. It has a very wide verity of healthy and not so healthy options. The hotel has a good spa with a team of well trained masseuses, I recommend booking one. The hotel is itself historic situated in an old monastery. The courtyard, in which you can relax and dine is great.

Very nice hotel. Of the three we stayed in Cusco this was the nicest and most expensive. Breakfast was awesome with all sorts of options including a harp player. Good location to the main square and right beside the main museum. Old monastery/church gives a unique feel. Staff were helpful and friendly. Turn down service at night refreshed water and provided chocolates.

Hotel is within walking distance to a lot of tourist attractions. Room is not big, and has only hot air conditioning. Hotel and room has free Wi-Fi with North American plugs. Room also has mini-safe to keep valuables.

Fantastic hotel, one of the most unique, interesting, and characteristic hotel I have ever stayed in my life so far. The hotel itself feels like part of the archeological site right next to it, and all the decors in the hotel make you feel like your are in an ancient Peruvian site. The room is very comfortable, modern bathroom and amenities. The staff was outstanding and super helpful. You can get free coca tea and leaves throughout the hotel. They even have free oxygen tank if you feel the altitude sickness. The breakfast buffet is fantastic, one of the best I have ever experienced as a Platinum SPG member. I highly recommend this hotel, and I will make sure I return here if I am in Cusco again.

Great location and gorgeous hotel. Oldest hotel in the city with original Inca walls. The food was excellent as was the service and the staff's friendliness. The breakfast buffet was included and possibly the best I've ever seen.

Really beautiful, I got it because they cancelled my flight and it was definitely worth it, delicious food, beautiful rooms and a nice experience getting lost in the hotel. The Inca palace without doubt a wonderful place next to the Qoricancha.

I had to visit the Luxury Collection, a very special day October 7th 2nd birthday of my second son JPJ, breakfast was spectacular with a varied buffet from hot, cold fresh juices, variety of Andean cereals in which I highlight the kañigua flour and the Fantastic coca flour that gives a particular touch to the classic cereal bowl, the children enjoyed all the delicateces that it offers, the menu for the eggs and pancakes super good, I ordered some spectacular Benedictines with the Dutch sauce super of the best I tried. My wife ordered an egg from the ranchera which for her first experience was very enjoyable. The atmosphere is like stepping back in time and feeling in the colonial era. Thank Patricia for the special care she had with us. To Juan Carlos for the nice detail of offering a spectacular birthday cake for my son accompanied by Andean music background.
It was worth the breakfast in Luxury.

It is a wonderful hotel, in every corner, it is not for less, if you lived there, Diego de Almagro. From the most basic guest room to be worry about to give the comfort and tranquility of the guest. The dinner and the breakfast are great, and the attention very very nice.

Fantastic service, clean rooms, relatively inexpensive for the luxury feel it provides. Bar and restaurant are top notch. Beds very comfy. 100% would recommend.

An amazing hotel incl service, facilities, location, breakfast. One of the best I've stayed in globally — building itself is one of a kind and the staff is incredibly well trained. Victor who works on the concierge team was beyond helpful and informative — a great asset to a great team.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever been to. Great space, great ambient music, plenty of staff that is ready to help. Luggage is picked up and delivered, tea is served at the check-in counter, oxygen is always ready if needed. Great kitchen, great food. Breakfast with life harp music. Rooms are clean, quiet and being serviced 2-3 times a day! Incredible! Concierge guys are always there, Matias was always giving best recommendations. This was my third time I came back to Cusco and stayed in this hotel, and will come back here again the next time. Highly recommend!

Beautiful hotel! The staff was extremely helpful and very polite. We stayed here for four nights with my family of 17 people and the staff gladly helped us with my grandparents dietary needs. The spa facilities and gym were very nice as well. I highly recommend staying here if you are ever in Cusco especially since it is so close to many historic sites.

Surprisingly great restaurant in hotel: excellent, food, service, and entertainment. Staff are prompt, professional, and very friendly. Wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy all hotel amenities, like the spa! Free high speed Wi-Fi is a big plus!

We had to wait a while to check in since it was right at 11:00 AM but other than that our stay was great. The hotel has a nice courtyard to sit outside with some of their complimentary coffee. The staff helped us book a taxi to the airport and was available for all our questions.

Beautiful property in a well resorted building. If you're luck enough to get one of the suites, they have a unique character that fits the architecture.

This was by far the nicest place we stayed in our week in Peru. The space was simply stunning and understandably easy to get lost in. We only stayed one night and wish we'd stayed longer. The amenities were what one would expect of a five-star hotel, but the service from all of the staff far and exceeded any expectations — from making us comfortable while we checked in to touring the building. Its location relative to other major attractions in the city was outstanding. Words of a review can't capture how nice this place was and how much I look forward to staying again!

I stayed at the hotel for two nights in November after returning to Cusco from Machu Picchu. I arrives in the late evening and was quite tired and grouchy. So tired and grouchy that I was having a hard time understanding basic instructions that were being spoken to me in perfect English. Pamela was assisting me that night. She was absolutely fabulous. And the standard of professionalism by which others should be measured. She was great in remaining calm and sweet despite my disposition. The next day I enjoyed a great spread at the breakfast buffet. I also received my favorite, coca tea, despite it not being one of the tea choices offered by the restaurant staff. Along with my meal I shared a lovely conversation with Felipe, who was my waiter that morning. Overall, the hotel decor was lovely and the staff was extremely attentive. The location of the hotel is near the main road Avenida Sol. And is location only a 10 minute walk from the main squares. I enjoyed my stay and plan to visit again when I return to Peru.

Just arrived this morning at 7am. 14 hours door to door from Toronto to lema to cusco. The hotel is a sanctuary. Quite peaceful. The staff immediately attended to out luggage. Served us tea. After about 15 min we were checked in by the wonderful hostess. We were soo tired so we napped to 10:30am. Got up went downstairs for breakfast. Wow the service was excellent. Genuine. Friendly. Helpful. Offered suggestions. Courteous beyond words. I am so very impressed by theses people, their culture and how humble the are. Well we ate like kings. Then my son and I strolled around town. My wife felt a bit nausea sand headache form the altitude sickness so she stayed in bed. When spew sat at a bench to catch our breath this tiny four or five year old girl came up to us and chatted us. So cute.

Great property here with history, luxury, and service. Check out the pisco sour making class in the bar at 6pm daily. Several courtyards for sitting, coca tea in the lobby, and generally worth exploring for 30 mins. Try to get a colonial suite if possible. Smaller bathrooms but more authentic and luxurious throughout. Very good turndown service too. Taxi from airport was 20 soles.

I stayed there in November 2013 and it has left a lasting memory. The hotel, the staff and the food were simply the best I have ever experienced. I'll never forget my stay there.
