Very good service, delicious food, has a planetarium and swimming pool.

Disastrous. The place itself is ok (although the facilities are very cold). Since we arrived we had incidents that the staff solved in a bad way: we had hired a trekkin and the person in charge of doing it was missing and they settled it with a foreign worker who had been in Peru for two months. During the trekkin we were made at night (very closed) and we were not prepared for it. Dinner was a disaster: we hired a menu with entrance to the observatory and we couldn't enjoy it for the storm. The staff did not fix this for us and we did not use that service despite paying for it. In addition, the dinner very disorganized between them and very expensive attending to the quality. They omit information and the answer to it is 'we repeat so many times the things that we don't know who we've told'.
I wouldn't repeat if I came back.

Tip top. Super style. Helpful. Large rooms. Warm shower. Very tasty food. We had the menu including entry to the planetarium. Highly recommended. Parking available.

Excellent place. Warm, friendly, cozy. Recomdable 100%. Heated pool at 27 degrees. Gym, observatory, sauna. All in the same place.

Extraordinary Hotel. You breathe peace in the whole environment. First cleaning and order.

A very nice place with a French emphasis (the owners are French). The hotel comparison sites still feature a snooker table which has gone and the pool is solar heated so if there is no sun the pool is cold.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were advised that places to know the breakfast is good in order a perfect place to come with family.

To summarize : — everything is a supplement: a glass of water came 4 times the local price, the juice included in the menu is finally not included and we had to pay for, a tea is added to the bill when no one has consumed it … — kitchen: too salty and tasteless (to hide a lack of freshness? ) — trekking/hiking: the guide is the waiter of the restaurant. After serving customers on lunchtime and doing the dishes, he accompanies us in the mountains. This is not professional at all, to the limit of abusing the staff to spend as little money as possible. So we did not get any explanations about the visit. — rooms: the unique positive point of the stay, the rooms are pretty and spacious — currency exchange rate: the conversion € to soles is proposed throughout the country with a coefficient higher than 3.75. The hotel's rate is unique at a value of 3.4. The excessive difference is of course in the pocket of the boss … — planetarium: star observation is offered in the evening with a payment of 25 soles per person and a promise to spend a good time of more than 1h30. At the end, a documentary film of 15min findable on youtube and a few brief explanations for a total of 35min. This hotel is far from any other city. They therefore allow themselves to charge for any service at a high price Many other (competent) guides have warned about this hotel, with good reason! Many European guests will find this hotel nice, as the price is slightly lower than the ones in their country.

Good place to stay in Colca canyon area. I love their free treck to uyo uyo and their observatory. I saw a nebula for first time there last month. It isn't colorful as in the pictures but it's real.

Very good place to visit the canyon. Horse riding was amazing! Enjoy also the hikes that Emmanuel offers!

Great place with plenty of activities. Food is ok but not great. Bathroom could do with hooks.
