I stay for 3 years in the hotel with my personel 5 in total, yes you read good 3 years. My room was 403, the service wat we got was excelent, you will never find this in other hotels. The owners Senjora Carmen and Senjor Joseph, and the Personel, they realy take care of us, and they do exacly the same for the other clients. I think i'm in the possition to write this review, and I can telling you honestly im 40 years living in hotels I never have an hotel like this. If I can give an score 12/10 but its not possible, so I will give them an big 10. I cant believe somme negative reactions. Marco, Cesar, Papi, Cristian, Guy, Pastor, Lobo have an excelent time. Thanks to all the Personal from the hotel. Greatings to Carmen, Joseph, Mi Amores, and the mister Policia. Joseph.

Cute and quiet hotel, about 15 min walking from Plaza de las armas.

Great and beautiful rooms. Nice friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast a bit dull and service people can't handle too many people. There is no elevator.

The WORST manager ever. The price is not worth it! This hotel is disappointing and awful. It took revenge on my friend's previous tripadvisor review. Yesterday, we arrived the hotel after 6 hours bus trip from Puno at 11:00pm. We were expecting warm shower before going to sleep. However, this hotel ran out of hot water in the night. We talked to the reception. The guy at front desk was unable to resolve our issue. He contacted his manager and the manager promised us 2 free nights on the phone. After more than an hour of frustrating conversation with the hotel, my friend posted a bad review here to describe our suffering. After seeing my friend's review, the hotel manager changed her mind today and only offer us one free night. She also tried to take revenge on us by refusing to take care of our luggage when we will have a tour tomorrow which she promised us when we checked in. It is totally RIDICULOUS! I do not know how this 3 stars hotel handles such a big problem in this way. Totally suggest tourists do not take this hotel in your consideration.

The hotel is very friendly and attentive to the needs of its guests.
It is located in a quiet residential area; The décor of the rooms is quite original, even the keychains.
Very good choice of breakfast (buffet) breads, fruits, drinks, cheeses, sausages; I recommend the restaurant: originality and very good quality.

Excellent facilities warm attention.

It is close to the downtown area to go walking. The attention is good. It has a restaurant service of good quality where you attend, even if you are the only diner and that helps on days that you don't have the energy to leave. The standard rooms are not spacious but have the services and basic spaces.

Very elegant hotel and with a personalized attention.

Just finishing my third night here and have really enjoyed it. The rooms are quirky. Our room is bright pink. But it is very clean and fun. The people who work here are fantastic and really helpful. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the center, so close enough, but not right in the thick of things, if that is important to you. Breakfast was good and they can arrange ariport pick up. Overall great value for money!

Charming boutique hotel located just south of the historic center of Arequipa. Very nice amenities.

We enjoyed a wonderful honeymoon in the hotel. A fantastic hotel and exellent location to start for exploring Arequipa and its enviroment. The staff have been very amiable and helpful to us and could give us nice recomendations. Many thanks.
