It is a place with a lot of cleanliness, very friendly and helpful staff.
The facilities are very nice and have correct tourist information.

Very good service by all staff, local and well-kept rooms, 100% recommended.

Almost perfect value for money my opinion might be long here it is. Short Version to start: — Perfect location — clean — very affordable price — exceptional hospitality (thanks Joseph) — Ultra comfort Bedding — crazy breakfast (PanKéké Power) Location: The hotel is just super well placed a few blocks south of the Plaza de Armas. At first it may seem a poor neighborhood but after QQ days you will appreciate the location.
Layout: The hotel is well appointed and welcoming. Sofas, terrace with view on the volcanoes fully equipped with table and swing chairs, garden in fountain mode sofa, and finally a small lounge comfort. Not to mention the kitchen free access although in cruel lack of cleaning in the corners.
The rooms: They are clean although we salissions every day with our shoes full of dust. They are cleaned very regularly. Very spacious, enough to open the bags and take possession of the space with two shelves, a rod and hanger. Quality bedding. Bath linen provided and quality, and often changed.
Breakfast: a slaughter. Bread, jam, coffee, tea and the choice of eggs or a PanKéké that will become your pleasure in the morning. Made by a very nice lady.
SERVICES: Taxi transfer to 30soles from the airport with punctual drivers but bad to the risky driving (Peruvian). Possibility of Booker activities has very good rates! 120 soles Le canyon de Colca on 2 days… The quiet or Jerusalem you will be offered 400 see 550 euros… I'll let you calculate.

All very friendly wishing not to change ever, breakfast very rich, delicious pancakes thanks, close to the Plaza de Arma, first we were in the room 207 room small double bed sleeps rich as there is no noise for people who like the Silence and tranquility have to fix the key to the water of the laundry, then we went to the room 202 bedroom spacious double bed only that you hear the Buya of other customers when they pass through the passage this is for people who like Spacious room. This is a nice hotel with a small garden. The rooms are quite big and clean. The staff is very friendly and they help you with rafting and trekking recommendations. The breakfast was good. They offered different kind of eggs, juices and bread. Unfortunately the Wi-Fi is very bad.

Good location, close to the center. The breakfast is quite poor and internet does not work to well either.

My favourite hotel in three and a half months travelling Latin America. Excellent value for money. Big, delicious breakfast. Clean, spacious, modern rooms where everything works perfectly. Comfortable bed. Super friendly and helpful staff. I loved it here.
