Excellent service in the restaurant 😉

Very good attention, and the excellent food very rich all the dishes we ordered, the staff very attentive at all times, and a view to take the photos very nice shots, beautiful, RECOMMENDED BY THE FAMILY TREJO ALARCON, LIMA PERU.

Nice place. Good food. But lousy attention from people, very grotesque and aggressive especially the waiter of the restaurant at breakfast today. It doesn't look like you're going into a hotel, it looks more like you were in a barracks.

I do not recommend the restaurant, the attention of the staff is not good, the price — quality of service and food for nothing is worth it. There are much better places in Arequipa, for the same price they charge and much better in attention and food.

Lousy service left me without room having coordinated with advance.

The photos do not correspond to reality, the rooms extremely small without any ventilation, the basic breakfast for the high price we paid, the bed uncomfortable and the cleanliness was terrible, not worth paying so much for anything.

We went to lunch with a friend and was lousy the service of the girl name Karen who greeted us, a deal surly and even haughty; my friend expressed his dissatisfaction with the drink that didn't taste of anything and the dessert evil served and told him that the cost of Lunch S/30 would require that they serve him first and it was not so. Should perform a thorough evaluation of the staff, the truth are not wanting to go back, bad service.

Fantastic location and stunning views from the terrace. The rooms are a bit unimaginative and we unfortunately had the view of a white wall out of the window but if your not looking to spend long in the room then it’s fine. Breakfast was great but the dinner menu didn’t look very interesting, plenty of other places to eat out though.

Very well located. Too bad that the individual terraces of the rooms do not give directly to the square… The other way a very correct hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts are somewhat upgradeable. It's not.

It's a shame that a hotel located in such a wonderful and central place, and with such beautiful views is so disappointing.
The bathroom in the room was so tiny (about 3 square meters) that a man could not urinate if the door was not closed and it was unthinkable that two people were at once in it. The bed had a blanket but no Nordic duvet and we had to put the extra room because it was icy.
As for the restaurant, the food was poorly cooked, with excess salt and slow service.
However, the front desk staff very attentive and ready to help us. Thank you.

Modern and functional Hotel. Good breakfast but I missed some yogurt. It has a pretty good restaurant. All the staff are very friendly.

Strategic location, friendly service, clean room.

The receptionist was very rude and wanted $80 dollars for an early check in. We said that is crazy and and offered $40. She accepted but wanted it in cash, she did change her mind. It was kinda weird like she was gonna pocket the cash. Then she gave us a double bed so me and my wife have to sleep separate and look at our view. I honestly think she did all this to piss us off and I don’t know what we did to her. Revised review I’m keeping the original cause it’s the truth. But need to update. The breakfast is great. The gym is small but has all the necessary equipment to get a full body workout. That one lady was just a bad apple, everyone else is great.

The most central Hotel in Arequipa has the best service and the best products…

I visited this city and found it very nice, in the hotel we attended very well, the rooms seemed very good compared to the price they gave us. They have a spectacular view including the beautiful snowy that is seen from one of its windows… Thanks for the hospitality.

A super-centric place. I stayed at this place for Easter, the attention is good, very helpful, the room overlooking the square is spacious and lit up, has a terrace with a very nice view of the Plaza de Armas and Breakfast is also taken with view to the square. They helped me get the transfers I asked for. Recommended!

We were in this Easter and everything spectacular. The location in the same square of arms is unbeatable. We enjoyed a lot of the meals in the restaurant overlooking the square and the cathedral. The delicious buffet breakfast apart from what is available at the table you can pick up free dishes like tamal Arequipa, characatos eggs, mini pork rinds (in my opinion mini has nothing as the portion is enough). Staff very attentive to the guests with an A1 deal that characterizes the chain. For dinner we really enjoyed the pizza the plaza and the Salchipapa. We loved the promotion 2x1 in sour and Chilcanos from 5 to 8. The pool on the terrace very well hopefully later you can have the water tempered. We hope to come back another time.

The room wasn't spacious but really cozy. Especially the balcony in the room! Besides, the scenery outside the restaurant was simply stunning!

One of the best hotels we've stayed at in Peru. Good location. Great room. Pool! Beware, grey tile in pool's shower room and pool deck gets slippery when wet.

Good but you have to consider that to arrive there are many stairs and it is serious thing to upload the suitcases. Staff strives to satisfy.

Horrible Noisy hotel. I barely got any sleep. Don't waste your money on this place.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel was clean, felt safe, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived Jan. 6th and were able to enjoy the El Dia De Reyes (Three Kings) festival from the restaurant balcony, which we ate at on three different occasions for lunch/dinner and they never failed to impress. Every dish we ordered was amazing. We actually ate out one evening at Picantería Nuestra, which the food was good, but afterwards we agreed the hotels restaurant was better. Overall, a great time. Will stay there again if the need arises and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Arequipa.

In This hotel I found it great. Having breakfast overlooking the main square of the city is beautiful, maybe looking at the cathedral. Also on the top floor you can enjoy a magnificent view of the surrounding area and the mountains surrounding Arequipa. The room is nice and comfortable, the Wi-Fi signal is present in the common areas and reaches to the square. I would stay here again!

It has an excellent view to the Plaza de Armas and the Cathedral, from the 3rd floor or 7th, where is the swimming pool.

Excellent location! We loved the complimentary breakfast buffet in the balcony facing Plaza de Armas. The front desk personnel very helpful, as well as the rest of the employees. Hotel in plaza de armas of Arequipa. Staff very pleasant and willing to help you at all. Clean, comfortable and elegant rooms. Is a hotel of city very nice that takes care of the detail. There is a terrace where to enjoy a good pisco watching across the plaza de armas illuminated at night.
It is close to numerous restaurants, pharmacies from selling souvenirs, the convent of Santa Catalina, etc. A location with excellent service. Great quality.
