Beautiful place, excellent attention.

Nice and cozy, the problem is that there are many mosquitoes and a sound in the bedroom that does not let you sleep, the staff very friendly except some receptionist (he) who did not greet.

Good place for the price, with German atmosphere, has stayed a bit in time.

Nice hotel, small but cozy. The rooms are spacious and clean with a very nice pool patio.

To be a four star hotel I would only give it 2, the rooms are spacious but the connectors in the room where I stayed did not work well or were out, the room smelled bad. The attention was good and the exteriors very nice very green. The location close to shopping malls and the area quite quiet.

The hotel has good recreational spaces, but lack them a lot learning what the "guest service", rooms are spacious but urgently need a renewal of pillows and blankets for those who currently have are old and used above… can that are clean but they give the impression that not.
Say be a hotel of four stars, but inevitably come to them three star and scraping just.
This hotel has much more potential but the staff of the reception leaves much that wish and this you low much the rating that you give. One of them aspects that it rescues is the lady that is in charge of the kitchen, that gives an excellent service, fast and of quality.
Hopefully this review will help them take into account the hotel come mostly foreign guests and expect the same quality service that is always received in any other hotel, if they continue with the service that currently have non-compete ever and this I think is culture to have locals do things like laziness or half.

A paisajebtropical dentrobde a city hotel. Outside the hustle and bustle of the Centre. We need to have this car away and is quiet.

Excellent attention. The very nice and quiet place. Ideal for those who expect a flight soon, being located near the airport.
