Super location. Hotel right above a very nice beach. Rooms are big enough. Breakfast is a la care with fresh juice. Restaurant has a super view. We saw Whales passing by. fresh fish for dinner. Super friendly and nice staff. We enjoy our stay.

Spacious, clean and comfortable room, the views from the hotel to the sea beautiful with romantic terrace, the lovely staff, always ready to please you, would return without any doubt and I recommend you will be delighted.

Good hotel, comfortable, familiar, simple, functional, with attentive and highly professional staff, good food well cooked and with excellent presentation. Beach with clean sand and transparent water. In two words: I RECOMMEND IT.

Swimming is impossible! A lot of plankton! 🙈 🙈 On the first day, my arms and legs were covered with hives from multiple bites! In the hotel restaurant the waiter doesn't speak English, there was hair in the salad! ¡Never again! 👎👎

It is an excellent hotel the only bad thing that the employees are very alcolicos and walk and mantien relationships between colleagues.

Needs slot of repairs but is supposedly the best place on the island.

I have stayed at Sea and gold like 6 times until now. I think that it is superfluous to say how much I highly recommend this place. The attention is amazing, the food delicious. The rooms of luxury, highlighting the imperial suite which is my favorite. The Attention of the staff is excellent+1

Very happy and grateful with this hotel, for highlighting the magnificent attention of the receptionist, the waiters and Joseph, we felt my husband and I as in a paradise, very clean the spectacular room, the sea view, the landscapes, the food, the beach and the beautiful sea very safe, we were able to appreciate the wonders that Panama offers, the tour of the island, the food and the fresh and familiar atmosphere that they offer, I invite you to know you will not want to go as happened to us, a thousand and a thousand thanks we will return soon, you will appreciate the whales and dolphins is and other beautiful things of this magical place, get on with that service just fall in love.

Beautiful and pleasant place for passing and lodging, cost per pass $35, which includes welcome drink, chairs, umbrella, lunch with drink and transfer from the beach where the ferry arrives at the hotel.

The day pass is horrible: does not include towel (had to rent them for 2.5 usd each), the segregation between hotel guests and day pass is not right (they get better umbrellas), the service at the beach bar was slow and not great. The food was bland but served on time. My daughter's meal had to be purchased at the bar because I couldn't buy it at the restaurant (a mere logistic thing but they are in different locations). The beach is their best asset because the rest is just poor.

Very good place. The views are amazing, good beach, super clean everything from the beach to the rooms, the rooms are cozy and very clean, the bed or talk about how comfy Q is! Q I think the only thing that can be improved is the food because if missing dishes Q come out on the menu, still the food they have is my good. I definitely come back.

I went here to spent time with my parents. I was very happy because they really enjoyed the place so much that they want to return. The hotel is small, but cosy. The staff very helpful with my parents and really friendly. The food was extremely good in terms of quality, quantity and price. I noticed in their flavors that the products were fresh. The facilities of the hotel are close to the beach and as you can see in the pictures the beach is clean, with white sand and blue sea. The hotel also for a small fee they provide you with a chair and umbrella.

A very friendly, nicely located hotel that worked well for us. A lovely welcoming cocktail and very nice staff. Do know that if the concierge calls a car for you it will be quite a bit more expensive then grabbing a taxi… but if you don't speak the language it could be safer way to go.

Location and food were excellent. Service and staff even better. Our room was pretty shabby, which was a disappointment. It seemed like the hotel was in transition as some areas and rooms looked great while others were literally falling apart.

Awesome fresh fish, saw a spear fisherman bring in a catch. Delicious patacones. 4 stars because it is expensive for Panamá

Beautiful beach. Had lunch at the beach bar and it was very good and reasonably priced.

Its an island. The staff was accommodating, the room was clean, the views amazing. Loved the beach and having a cart to explore.

The facilities are very nice and cozy, the food delicious and the attention in the restaurant excellent but the receptionist super rude and arrogant and I dare say that even jerk. I do not recommend it for a day pass, they offer you the use of the facilities and food for 40 balboas but do not even have shower for when you leave the beach (something basic) ; they don't offer towels and the bathrooms are not in good condition or in a proper place.

Everything was going to be reasonable… It is an island and you assume that the theme will be rustic… But it was the light and therefore the water… It became a real disaster… Pity!

Excellent location with own beach. Regular service. It's the fourth time we go, the hotel has improved a lot the cleanliness and quality of the rooms. Recommended!

The place is very nice, quiet and cozy. The room was spotless, clean and with everything you need. The service of first, friendly and efficient. The beach is divine, crystal clear waters the beach clean and quiet without a lot of people. The perfect place to relax or for a romantic evening.

Nice hotel, attached to the beach is the perfect place to visit and enjoy Panama.

Very friendly staff, the place is very nice, but the best thing was the food, I recommend the rissotto of prawns, excellent Chef.

Within the hotel options Mar y Oro has a private beach, with a bar on the beach where you can order drinks and food. The room was clean and well-decorated. Contadora Island does not have an international hotel infrastructure but within all sea and gold it is a good option. The staff is super nice and helpful. You can stay for the day.
