Cool little family owned spot. On the water. Can be a lil loud due to location.

Luis the owner is amazing! He will make sure you are comfortable and have whatever you need. Food is excellent home cooked meals. Easily accessible to the main town by water taxi which Luis can hook you up with. Great Wi-Fi signal too!

I've been trying to communicate with these people for two weeks to see when I get the money back from a reservation I cancelled and there's no way I responsan. Fatal service, simply fatal.

We did not have the best deal but it was not a bad stay.

"He left us without breakfast and was paid" the manager, behaved with us in an unpresentable and rude way, very interested and mocking. I would never recommend it!
If you look for views there are more hotels on the island.
We were pressured all the time to dinner there and when we finally got it, we served frozen fish. And that Bastimentos is an island!
He made a bad face for us because we didn't hire his son as a guide and we were going with Franc's little boat, an Indian.
The last day, of the 4 we spent, (possibly if we had spent less days, we would not have noticed how Ruín was the "Lord") we realized that when we answered with a ahh! After a question like what you're wearing, he was mocking us. We feel stupid! Apparently he seemed kind, but it's not how can you treat such a bad customer?
And besides, we paid him breakfast on the last day the night before, and he didn't serve it. He didn't show up! We had to leave without breakfast.

The service is very mediocre, the restaurant 4 times to ask for something to eat brought the wrong order and it took literally an hour to bring eggs and tea. Constantly without the laundry service which is not free and you have to pay a lot of money home time that you want to leave the island that they don't tell you that on the island that is there is nothing. Would never go there honestly, the only thing that saves it a bit is that the people of the hostel are friendly.

A very nice place where we stayed in 2013 for a full week. Very friendly owners and many possibilities of making nice boat trips. When we have the opportunity of coming back to Panama for sure we will book there. Love from Nijmegen NL Beppie Martien Peters.

This hotel is absolutely lovely! The rooms are charming and have great views and necessary amenities. The dock and dining hall affords visitors a spectacular 180 degree view of the surrounding islands and sea. This family run business is quaint and warm. Will definitely return with my family!

Awsome place to visit… excellent customer service.

Very nice and clean establishment over the water. Family owned and operated. They speak English and Spanish and were helpful with recomendations of what to do on the island. Best food I've ever had.
