I have visited it many times… Overall hotel is good… But there r somethings which are needed to corrected… In some rooms they have tile and vinyl flooring… but in some rooms they have carpets, which r very dirty and smells bad… So when ever u visit it ask for tile of vinyl floor room… They r very slow in offering the complementary food basket as well… It feels weird to call the staff again n again for this.

Such facility in apparently backward city is a great surprise. Hospitality and services were upto standard. Bon appetite.

Very poor management at iftar buffet. Nothing was available without request.

Not even a single star. A hotel is an best example of management and they are way out of the management term. Poor poor service. Been there for iftar/dinner buffet and they couldn't able to handle the customers rush at all. Couldn't get the iftar and for dinner had to wait more than hour. I dont know how they manage in regular days.

Worse Experience. Do not waste time and money. Better to pay some extra bucks for better service. Today at buffet we asked for ice and see how it was presented. Disgusting Service.

I Visited this place long time ago when they started and never again due to bad and pathetic quality of food. I did go again but was surprised that the food quality was same as it was last time… Miserable and Dirty Parking Place. Highly Not Recommended.

Aftari was good but dinner was absolutely inferior chicken in every dish and only one dish of mutton full of salt n very poor serving
Rs 1360 including taxes was not worth value of served dinner.
