Over all atmosphere and environment is good. Hotel has clean and luxurious rooms, friendly staff and easy access from motor way.

Amazing experience everything rooting for nishat.

Pitiful staff — trivial matters; Despite availability of rooms on booking sites, they did not extend one more night for unknown reasons and kept telling me it’s an houseful or even overbooked. Perhaps maybe they dint want to extend the corporate rate for one further night. Dint debate much, checked out. Allowed them to live and love their own little paradise.

Good stuff of food and very accommodating.

That was a great experience good services and food quality was awesome special thanks to Miss Sidra and Mr Faisal.

Had a Hi-tea at bistro nishat. Staff behavior & service is good. Mr. Usman Rasheed is a nice person. But the food was Tasteless. They served cold food. It was a very bad experience at this time. Not Recommended.

The breakfast was nice. The food was fresh and delicious. The manager Mr. Khurram was very cooperative and looked after our special child well. Housekeeping boy Intezar Ahmed was also very helpful. But in general the service of hotel was poor. 3 days before arrival, upon booking we mentioned that we have a special child on wheelchair. However at the time of check in no one cooperated with us and did not give us our required room which we were asking for since 3 days. As the room was suitable for us with our special child. At last, we had to upgrade our room and pay extra money because of this non cooperative behaviour. The room given was also on the ninth floor which makes moving to and fro with our special child really strenuous. We are regular guests at Nishat and also loyalty card members.

Food was very tasteless. Mutton we had was so salty chicken had no salt at all. Rice were salty. Soup was tasteless. Cutshort all food was below the level.

Worst experience of doing an event in Nishat Hotel Johar TownExtremely worst management with unapologetic rude behaviour. First bcz of their manager mistake, we lost our hall despite of giving full payment in advance. Their manager booked hall with another guest on our booking and we were forced to do the event in other hall. Then almost daily till last night they kept giving us tensions by creating different issues. The hall which we were supposed to be handed over to us night before the event at 10.30, we got the hall at 1am for the decoration. After the event, they refused to serve food for team and gave us statement that we have wasted the food in dustbin. Who waste food in dustbin? This is the level of so called hi standard hotel that takes heavy money from ur pocket first and then behaves like they did a "Ehsan" on us by giving the space. Never seen such a lowest management.

I like the ambiance. Lobby was well designed, 3d table in the middle of the foyer was great, especially the hotel atrium was amazing, contemporary look. Interior was so good. :) highly recommend.

Nishant Hotel is the best choice if you are coming to visit this beautiful city Lahore in Pakistan.

I have never had a pathetic Hi-tea than Nishat Bistro restaurant. Atrociously bad in taste and service. The food quality is just awful every single dish is not even average. I have asked them 3 times to please refill the desserts but they didn’t and come up with a lame excuse that the desserts you’re asking ran out. SERIOUSLY! And more than 1 hour was left for hi-tea.
After that they took more than 15 minutes for the check-out bill.
It’s just the ambiance that attracts people but no taste and quality food.

I visit this hotel almost once a month. Very good atmosphere and room service is pretty good. Specially I like indoor swimming pool of Nishat.

It’s been more than an hour now and I have requested to turn on the heating as with my 3 month old baby but they are absolutely reluctant! Very disappointed.
Rooms aren’t clean at all, Also one more thing which is not good that you have to carry your luggage by yourself.
If you have booked online, that itself is an issue as they find it difficult to comprehend. Staff is rude or less welcoming. It’s my second experience and only interior is nice but the services are not good at all.

Actually the environment is amazing but food quality is below the average …

Ambiance is too good but the menu in the hi tea is not according to that their is no soup in hi tea and no salads and no single Chinese dish so disappointed to see that.

Great stay in a great hotel. All very good but I’ll increase the variety of food for the breakfast, a bit poor. Missing a lounge bar where to stay after dinner…

Can I just start off by saying I really really enjoyed every second of my stay at the Hotel. But honestly for the price there are hotels that are just as good if not better. The rooms were always cleaned thoroughly, we loved the fresh fruit basket every day, the Wi-Fi is on the slow side I would recommend you get your own 4g hotspot. Me and my wife both hated that you had to call room service to get a iron every day honestly it was the most annoying part of the stay. Overall good experience would stay again.

Once of the premium hotels in Pakistan. Although the exterior is grey and bulky, the interior is as lively and reminds one of the 7-Star hotels from Europe. The decor and designs are top notch and the rooms are exquisite.

It's a maize. Local administration is confused. No place to park. Poorly designed. For new comer very difficult to navigate through different parts of the hotel. Reception is on the 4th floor. Went to attend rotary clubs function. The auditorium has the worst acoustics you can come across in a big hotel. It echoes so much that the singer was hardly understandable.

Its Exceptional the whole concept the hotel and sitting and vast halls with great colours and designs. It was a very wonderful experience in overall. The food was good but there can be room for improvement. The team behind the hotel and the emporium about all its vision great work is brilliant.

One of the best hotels in Pakistan especially in Lahore. Have not stayed here but have used the huge ball rooms measuring 70f x 100f. Really megestic hall for any big occassion. Well the restaurant was not as I expected. The level of service at the restaurant was not upto the mark but the food was really delicious though.
The emporium mall connected with the Nishat Hotel is a sort of a maze. The lifts are a bit confusing, indeed annoying at times. But overall would give it 5 stars for the new build and structure.

It's a nice luxury place in Lahore. Cafe bistro have excellent menu. Must visit place.
