Good hotel, in a good location, helpful and welcoming staff. Good and plentiful breakfast, excellent and kind staff Mr Ikram Ullah, a thoughtful and kind person, always ready to satisfy requests centrally located hotel in Lahore and easy to reach from the airport.
The hotel is always spotless and they are constantly touching up the paint and the carpet to keep it clean and fresh.
They really do provide excellent customer service. Although, it feels kind of disingenuous sometimes because of the way they rush to help you, then instantly ask for a tip, I don’t mind tipping and gladly do, but when they insist to help after you say no multiple times then ask for a tip, it rubs you wrong.
The room also didn’t cool very well, we had the ac at 16 and turbo — max — and we couldn’t sleep with the provided comforter without sweating profusely. Also, you can hear people having conversations in their rooms outside in the hall way clearly — not great for privacy.
The hotel feels very safe and the guards do a good job and make sure that while you’re outside waiting on rides or a delivery that you’re okay. Although, I feel like the area around the hotel isn’t very foreigner friendly and can come off as intimidating, so we would typically Uber to nicer areas before going on foot.
We ate room service food for the first couple nights while getting a bank account set up for food delivery. Both times we did it, we got food poisoning. Though the taste was amazing, but we didn’t even for several days after that because of the food aversion and spent a good portion of the first 4 days recovering from the hotels food.
