Terrible! PC should remove their endorsement of this hotel immediately. Tired and dingy rooms like a poor quality B&B. Incredibly expensive for what you get, price should be 10% of what they charge.

Limited services in huge price. Breakfast is very low quality. Chef goes home early in evening Very limited menu to offer.

Hotal One a good place to stay for middle income people. It’s services though are at par with PC or Avari etc yet it has comfortable environment.

Staff is co-operative, but Food quality needs to improve and facilities of mall road branch needs to improve. Same hotel's gulberg branch is way better.

Hotel needs renovation. There is smell in the room. Rooms are small and of old design with below average interior. Wash rooms just like rest of the things need repair work with complete renovation and change. It charges you lesser than the top tier hotels but still you don't get the value for money. Other branches of this chain of hotel are even far better than this one but this one located at prime location surprisingly is not doing justice.

Outstanding location and small place which should be a fine boutique hotel giving great personalised attention and hospitality, but is more of a glorified guest house.

A second tier hotel chain promoted across smaller cities as bed n breakfast place but a bit on expensive side with average service and ordinary food standards.

Hotel one resides in the very start of mall road when one turns left from canal road to mall road. It comes before pearl continental. Small building with no such features and a normal white gate on the left side of road before signal. Hotel has a small parking which barely accommodates 12 or 14 vehicles. The main gate is for the building is on right side. Entrance seems clean with clean building. Eatery halls are on left side which one can see partially through mirrors. Yesterday I had a chance to go there to meet some of my old friends. They were complaining about hotel. The attached bath was not up to the standard with bathing area poorly made. Rooms are small less lighted although all carpeted. Rooms don't have well fitted wall cupboards instead a wooden cupboard can be seen in one corner. Air conditioner model was at least 10 years old but working. The hotel charged 1500 more for an extra mattress. The rent for the room was around 9000 rupees a day. There are hotels which are much better than this one in lahore in same price. It is less likely that I or my friends stay here anytime sooner.

Went there for the breakfast buffet and it was a total let down experience. Namak Mandi — the old n good sitting was replaced with a average buffet dining room then the menu had very little options that included channay, chicken (both cold and old) other 2 items were omelette and paratha. The taste overall was below average except for lassi and tea. Not worth the visit for paid breakfast for living/staying the hotel looked good.
