It is a very good hotel and restaurantIt’s Ramadan buffet is very great So I recommended it ButIt some expensive.

The atmosphere here who is very male and his staff is very good.

Overall the experience was best but they should add a snooker room 💯

Security guards don’t have the manners that how treat a respected and honourable person. Rest was very good.

Parking is a big question. Despite being one of the largest chain still they are unable to manage there customer's. Staff is very rude, unhelpful and unable to cater crowd.

The decor of hotel is like 3 star, but the staff deal in very depraved manner. I stayed for two nights. When I check in the room they switch on the AC, and later when I feel cold and tried to slow down the AC I find the staff took the AC remote with them, and when I ask the give the remote they refuse and said they are not allowed to give remote to guest. Holy Sh… why the hell you don’t give remote to guest? Do I need to call the staff again and again to control the AC temperature. ❓❔ I stayed in Royal block for which they charged extra for generator but still there was no light in my room in the middle of night. Only recommended if you are looking for a cheap hotel the services and staff is contrast to the building and hotel decor. Even the duty manager and receptionist were very rude in behavior. I booked for 3500PN with BF.

It is a nice hotel located in the heart of Lahore city with parking facility, but also offers all the facilities like Wi-Fi, free breakfast and all. Rooms are clean and tidy while service is good and efficient.

Need more improvments in all aspects staff communbication enviorment etc.

Room rates 2500 pkr pr night rooms are available rooms serving day and night 24H. Wi-Fi is available, left is available car parking available, but wheelchair is not available.

This hotel is shame on the name of hospitality industry… Very very inconsiderate staff and policies… They will always ask for advance payments for everything room water etc…

Freshly renovated rooms but old furniture even old washrooms but still work. Actually its not bad as per rent. 4k for small room 5k for large room. Wi-Fi was out though, Recommended for short family visits.
