Very cool place to be at. Courteous staff and great food.

Had a Hi-tea at bistro nishat. Staff behavior & service is good. Mr. Usman Rasheed is a nice person. But the food was Tasteless. They served cold food. It was a very bad experience at this time. Not Recommended.

Yesterday Visit to Nishat Hotel for dinner… it was a great experience, food taste, quality, ambiance all are excellent. Mr. Faisal & Mr. Usman both are very good at their job.

Worst experience of doing an event in Nishat Hotel Johar Town.
Extremely worst management with unapologetic rude behaviour.
First bcz of their manager mistake, we lost our hall despite of giving full payment in advance. Their manager booked hall with another guest on our booking and we were forced to do the event in other hall.
Then almost daily till last night they kept giving us tensions by creating different issues.
The hall which we were supposed to be handed over to us night before the event at 10.30, we got the hall at 1am for the decoration.
After the event, they refused to serve food for team and gave us statement that we have wasted the food in dustbin.
Who waste food in dustbin? This is the level of so called hi standard hotel that takes heavy money from ur pocket first and then behaves like they did a "Ehsan" on us by giving the space.
Never seen such a lowest management.

Nice place clean and quiet I like the Ambiance. Loby was well decorated interior was good. So recomended others to visit.

The Nishat Hotel Gulberg is a great addition to the city's hospitality sector. The hotel has great urban interior with exciting amenities. However the hotel us not huge and offers limited movement opportunities to people staying. But due to its central location and proximity to shopping districts such as MM Alam and Main Gulberg, the hotel allows its visitors to truly enjoy Lahore's shopping and food.

Enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Rooms are neat and clean. Bathroom doors are sliding and have no lock which was discomforting. Food and service is exceptionally good. The location is great by being close to many branded shops and restaurants.

Best Hotel in lahore with wonderful service, gym, swimming pool, sauna and many more. Worth mentioning that the only hotel in Pakistan with great quality food for breakfast, lunch and dinner simply superb experience and recommended.

Very expensive with mediocre breakfast menu. Tea is not served with fresh milk but powdered milk. Rooms are so flashily decorated reminds one of Bollywood movie set. Bathrooms are dingy with sliding door. Views from the room window are pathetic. All you get to see is rooftops of surrounding level buildings. There is no quietness in the building as room corridors are right so you get to hear other guests. Safe in the room does not lock-hence be careful. In conclusion, for the same price one can stay in PC hotel. Last, staff is extremely courteous but untrained.

A very good hotel in Gulberg, Lahore, it is a small hotel but very well maintained and managed. Service, food and amenities are excellent. Location is good.

My choice. I call it the best hotel in town. Nice rooms, smiling staff, continental foods and yes branded amenities. Temp control indoor swimming pool. Rooms are equipped with touch screen switches. Security is good and you are at the heart of lahore night life.

Nishat is also one of great place to visit. You can have safe and comfortable stay there but if u r not staying and just want to eat then u can taste different things. I love its club sandwich and fish.

I found it better than PC. Smaller but better in terms of service and overall look. Breakfast was in a smallish place but lots of variety. Great location as well.

This hotel is located at good place near to Mm Alam road that's the only good thing about it. Rest the room are not clean and they need to work on hygiene condition and clesness of washrooms. The washroom tabs and shower place is leaked. It has stains and you can clearly see cement marks on it. With this single night charge this kind of service is not expected.

Gud for staying but watch out for ur bills as they try to charge for things which u even have never used. Not worth the money u pay actually, over rated and costly. U can find better hotels in similar price range in the vicinity.

I went there for dinner, the atmosphere of The Cube was so depressing. They seriously need to be more creative and lively. Yes I get the boutique concept but that is a little too much. Food quality was exquisite and staff was very courteous.

Very modern design, fully automated rooms, excellent rooms, very neat and clean. The best thing is that it is attched to a big mall, the emporium. So you can enjoy the shopping and a variety of food in the food court of mall. The hotel design is not conventional, it is entirely different. Rooms are spacious and equipped with very latest accessories. The food is also very excellent. The board and meeting rooms are very spacious and equipped. Rates are little bit higher but facilities are good. The staff is not trained and lot of improvement is required in service delivery, the reason may be that they are new in hotel business. The lifts needs to be made more efficient as a lot of time is consumed to wait for the lift arrivals.

Staff were great very cooperative and friendly. Atmosphere was amazing. Food was delicious. My family and I had a great time.

A standard three star hotel but has limited space. I felt that the interior decoration was somewhat overdone but that is my personal opinion. I wish the place was more brightly lit but at least it was quiet inside which is always a nice thing.

We had a wonderful stay in Nishat Hotel. The staff and service was truly exceptional and they made sure that every need of ours was taken care of. Overall a good place to relax. Extremely warm and courteous staff.

This is a small hotel but very tastefully decorated and furnished. The Resturant is also small but you’ll find it very cozy with very well trained staff. I’ve visited this multiple time and hope to visit a lot more.

Had a surprising treat from a newly engaged friend and even more surprising was the food quality and deliciousness. Although hearing from a few others, I had a little feeling of not going there but I tried everything from my friends plates to make sure that overall food was good. Lovely place and great food.

Everything perfect for the gulberg branch except the entry and exit of the cars and fining parking is very difficult, valet service is good.

The place was a huge disappointment to me. I was waiting for the moment I will check in the hotel. Employees are so fantastic and so freindly. But the place though it is new it needs a lot of maintenance. Honestly I wouldn't give it more than a 3+ star hotel.

High tech type rooms you even don't experience this kind of feeling in serena, marriot and pc rooms as if you are in an international hotel. Great location and hotel with nice spacious rooms. All rooms are no smoking so smokers might have an issue. Only complaint is about the front desk staff who rather than blocking charged my credit card without informing me at the time of checkin.

No experience of there accommodation but there restaurant "The Cube" was a good experience. There food was just ok but the desert menu was excellent but it is a expensive for the things they offer.

Rooms are neat, spacious, peaceful. Service is quick and courteous a perfect place to stay with family.

The only saving grace of the Hotel is the location. Otherwise, it was a very poor experience: 1. I had booked an Executive Room but I was provided a Deluxe Room. It was not a deal breaker but things got decidedly worse. 2. The front desk staff were helpful, but knew very little. Their usual reply to any problem was someone else booked your room, we have no information. Nevertheless, they showed me a room on the Executive floors. The first room they opened already had a guest staying who was undressing at the moment. It was very embarrassing. 3. There was a lot of noise on the 4th floor due to renovations, which was never communicated earlier. My room was changed to the 8th floor upon my request. 4. I had to repeatedly ask for the welcome cookies and chocolates. No fruit basket was served on the second day of my stay. 5. I confirmed from the front desk if there was complimentary laundry services. I was told two pieces were free. Imagine my surprise when I was charged for laundry and pressing. When I asked at the time of the checkout, I was told that someone mistakenly gave me that information. There was no complimentary laundry services at our room rate. 6. The laundry services were also late, I asked for my things to be delivered at 10:00 am while they were delivered at 12:00 due to which I almost missed my meeting. Further, they wrote my room number on the collar of my shirt. 7.

Rooms and Services are fabulous but don't ever pay too much advance. I paid 1 lakh wanted to stay 13 nights but had to checkout after 3 nights and its been 20+ days I still didn't get my pending funds.
