It is one of the best surving hotel chain in the world. But swat serena hotel has a distinguish all through georaphically and historically. Delicious food, confectionaries deserts very cooperative staff appreciated.

We had a lovely weeklong stay at Serena hotel during a volunteer medical mission. Staff was very accommodating. Rooms and beds were comfortable and bathroom well-equipped with hot water and Western commode. Beautiful grounds and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet and gym as well!

The hotel is great, but no LCD or fridge in the rooms. The management and staff was not so good when visited last time. They should be more friendly and active.

It was best experience their. I got a honeymoon package from the management it was above my expectations. It included three time buffet n a suite with 24 hour running hot water as it was January. Live music friendly management n very alert security just loved my stay there.

Rooms are spacious and clean… breakfast was buffet but choice of food was less… in a place like swat… mingora… it's the best possible residence available and rates are not too high as well.

Nice gardens. Kids had a lot of fun. Rooms are not that special and bathrooms are dated. Overall if you book two days they give you 50% off.

Same hotel chain. Staying in Serena Swat is definitely not for budget travellers. If you are there just to explore around and require a breather after getting back from your trip. Stay here!

Absolutely recommended place for a stay. Amazing staff, good food, nice rooms. Total 5 star experience, perhaps specially recommended if you are traveling down hill from Kalam or Miandam towards Islamabad or Rawalpindi.

Cozy and Savremennaja hotel. There is a comfortable proshhjadka for children. Great food, especially recommend baking.

It’s a very good hotel serving complementary buffet breakfast. It’s located in central location of Mingora with children play area, swimming pool, gymnasium, in door games, tennis & badminton courts. Buffet dinner is also delicious. They start it with serving chicken special soup then containing variety of fruits & vegetables salads, fish, chicken & mutton dishes. It’s bit strange that it doesn’t include any drinks. We have to pay it in addition to dinner cost.

This property is very well managed. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Services are also best. The parks and the hallways are very well maintained. I've complaints about the food and the bakery of this hotel. The pool can only be used in summers since it isn't temperature controlled. They have reasonable parking space available. Security is also satisfactory.

Place is good and peaceful but the facilities in guest room are not as good as it should be according to Sarena’s or any 4 or 5 star standard. Food quality is pathetic and tasteless; they should focus on quality of food and should hire a good chef.

In Swat Serena is the best place to live. Rooms have been designed in old style. Quite spacious. Enjoying sun in the lawn in winter season gives an amazing experience. Food is also good.

The best hotel of the Swat district with grand historic building and yard where superb pine trees grow amidst the city centre. Offers enough facilities of swimming and sports. The outdoor is magnifecent. Comparable to PC hotel of Peshawer.

Beautiful heritage building, that is very well maintained. Friendly staff displaying a happy to help attitude is refreshing and would merit at least four stars. Restaurant service and food quality is poor. The team is a noisy lot and poorly trained, the place deserves a chef with more imagination. I would love to comeback but won’t be having meals here.

My stay has been a cosy, memorable and most enduring stay ever in my life at Serena Saidu Sharif. Starting from booking till last day, all the staff served us with respect and comfort.
Hotel covered area is spacious, has spacious play area for kids, temperature controlled swimming pool and serene environment. Location of this heritage site hotel has also an edge overseeing mountains. When I used to get up, I could hear birds humming up on trees. Breakfast is also complimentry and food quality was also good. No hidden charges or taxes here.
Salute to Serena Swat Management and local staff. I strongly recommended families to stay here and make it base for visiting Kalam, Kaghan and Malam Jabba ski resort. Very much safe to drive with families from Islamabad and other areas. People are very courteous.

The best hotel in swat. Unfortunately, this Serena does not meet the standards of parent chain. You may face bunch of mosquitoes in beautifully decorated bedrooms.

Swat Serena Hotel is undoubtedly the best hotel. I am staying here with my wife for the last five days and will stay for two more days. Te good thing about it is its water tight security which is imperative in these days. The whole staff is very courteous and ready to help you every time you need any assistance. Their food is really superb in presentation and taste and beats all other hotels in the 5 star category. They have good size pool and fairly equipped gym which unfort…unately wasn't used by me due to lack of time.
Overall a great experience to stay here. Would like to come here again and again and recommended for every visitor who wants to visit Swat in near future.
