Poor service. Lack of communication. Compromised electricity. Unhygienic conditions. ACs, telephone lines and sets are not working properly. No response from room service, laundry or electric department despite registering complaints multiple times. No proper place for mess/ food court. Food is served in irregular manner. Food quality is compromised and unhygienic. Poor temperature control at food court. Mosque has shifted to underground, smelly, at improper/ not worthy location.

A good 3 star hotel in Karachi. All the standard facilities are available for a routine traveler. Food is average.

Good survice and facility for internal and externals. Health club is good with low cost and lot of excited games. Couches are available to teach you and servie with a respective activities.

15 minutes from Jinnah International Airport, Regent Plaza Hotel & Convention Centre Karachi is conveniently located within 10 minutes driving distance from the city main business district, government offices, shopping malls, entertainment venues and beaches of the Arabian Sea. The hotel has a grand façade, which leads into an elegantly decorated lobby presenting an eye catching blend of National and International décor. The multi lingual staff at the front desk ensures that all guests’ needs are met instantly. The hotel has 440 luxurious and well appointed guests’ rooms, which cater to all the needs of the business and holiday travelers. These rooms include Presidential Suites, Executive Suites and Business Suites beside Standard Rooms, Deluxe Rooms, Executive Rooms and Executive Deluxe Rooms. Regent Plaza Hotel & Convention Centre, Karachi has recently undergone a massive renovation which has resulted in the hotel enhancing its quality and desirability.

Stayed for a week. Rooms are amazing, felt like I was almost still in Canada. Delicious breakfast buffet Every morning from 6am to 11am and also had a room service menu available as well. Ran into a problem where our room was either given to someone of higher priority, (guys excuses was because they were shutting down that wing due to electrical issues but when I saw it the next morning, people were still in that wing staying there, hence the suspicions) and got given a room with the noise coming from Karachi streets. Sleeping was not possible. Called the front desk up and told them to change our room asap and after a brief argument, we were given a room that was actually peaceful. I'll be going to Pakistan again in December and hope to God we don't have the same problem with this hotel.

This is more of 3.5 but Regent is definitely not a four star. The rooms are adequate, to be brief. Clean but not immaculate, comfortable but not cozy, roomy but not spacious (lacks the modern minimilistic touch). In short, everything is there but nothing stands out. You have a pool (that is mostly closed for maintenance) sauna and a decent lobby, there is room service and a middle floor for the morning breakfast spread (but it's not good, the spread nor the food itself). Did not order food from the kitchen due to the breakfast experience but they have a full menu and other amenities as you expect of a hotel. Last but not the least, the room rental is pretty decent, with single rooms costing around 10k and double beds going up to 15-16k or more.

Ideally located, Close to main shopping areas, sadar and other business centres. Its at about 30 minutes drive from Jinnah International airport and about same driving time to sea side. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, service quality is good and very cooperative staff. They have a swimming pool, Gym and Spa for guests. Food quality and variety is average to good.

One of the best, reachable, affordable, 5star hotel of Karachi. Its pleasant n beautiful environment, helpful staff and best service comforts you. Food is also tasty.

It used to be good. Now standard is getting low by the day.

It was a good vanue for corporate meetings due to its big halls and washrooms. Unfortunatly after the fire incident now they have to work very hard on their services and specially they should change their crockery which is very old and dirty. You feel ash smell in their lobies and rooms. Not recommended highly not recommended for meetings and parties. If you are going to decide please check the above things to save your money. Regent Plaza is an OK place at a low price. You can have a good night sleep. Not to be chosen for a satisfying experience. Average food with average quality facilities.

Rooms and food not good. Not a good place anymore to stay.

Not worth it. Hotel service and staff is not up to the mark. You realise their quality of service from the reception on check in and check out. Breakfast is v low standard. Mosquitos in the bedroom and bathroom was dirty.

Rooms are good. Floor carpet and washroom walls give quite an old looks. Swimming pool side is fabulous. However food taste is below average. We stayed there for a conference and what I remember is they offered the same remaining meal at dinner what was left at lunch.

Great peaceful environment. Very good facilities provided in health club with best pricing. Includes swimming pool, jaccuzi, suana, steam, table tennis, squash, gym.

It was the night of 19th Dec 2017. We three were traveling to Karachi for an office assignment. The Hotel Management confirmed booking at 1230 PM. We reached the Hotel Reception after travelling from Lahore at 0930 PM. The reception surprised us by telling that the rooms are being cleaned, and we have to wait in the lobby. We raised a polite protest but the Hotel Reception turned a deaf ear to our concerns. We kept on protesting that what would they have done if we had reached there earlier. However, the Hotel Reception remained indifferent. It was very strange that they avoided to offer the complimentary welcome drinks to us despite having being reminded for the same.

Very good place and environment, but food is very spicy, they should change the taste. Cooperative staff with huge parking space.

Regent was the best place to live before. Delayed Room service, average menu of breakfast, rooms are average. Not the value of money.

According to International standard, 3 stars are more than enough. Follow up services are poor. Check in is alright after 2nd onwards services are gradually decreasing day by day.

I serve here as Manager Safety and security. Nice easy approach on main artery of city remains open for traffic in all security situations. Nice comfortable rooms. Up to day fire, se curity and safety.

After the massive fire swept through and closed the hotel last year, it was assumed that after the renovations it would be better. But it wasn't as a matter of fact it was terrible. The breakfast was so bad I choose not to even try it. The bread was stale and smelly. The bad and rusty smell starts as soon as you get into the elevator and the same is in your room. I would suggest to avoid the Regent Plaza Hotel at any cost and stay in a guest house.

Room condition is poor, even toilets are not clean. Service is not up to mark. If you get renovated rooms those are somewhat better. Old rooms have bad smell.

This place is perfect for swimming and as well as for gym.

After the fire they aren't fully operational yet, rooms are better furnished now. The smell of fumegation is still there though.

After fire accident first visit… looks clean n new stuff there. Was invited in seminar hi tea was good. There is little burnt wiring smell still there hope will go by time…

This hotel is awesome I have never seen before. Beautiful place healthy environment fresh meal. Good behavior staff and clean swimming pool. Fast service luxury rooms. Im loving it.

This is not a 5 star hotel as said by some… but it's a nice cozy place with a concierge, business center, gym and swimming pool. The rooms are nice. Price range is medium to high.

World's Worst-ever hotel. No Safety measure at all. They call themselves a Five-Star but in reality it is a ZERO-Star. This Hotel has put 100s of people life at risk. 5 December 2016 Fire in Hotel proves how important guests are for the management. not recommended at all.

A five star hotel located on the busy Shahra E Faisal. Has a great decor and ambience. I've attended couple of scientific events here; all well planned with good food and management.
