Not very clean but its clean. Very high rates and extra charges too. With high charges even for an extra mattress and pillows. Should better find another guest house bcs many outstanding guest houses are there at the same price or a bit lower than theirs. U should better try Delano inn guest house very clean and no extra charges they even provide extra mattress and pillows without any charges its superb.

Stayed for a night, callous and irresponsible attitude of the day shift receptionist who was also rude. No available hot water even though called thrice, at checkout day shift couldn't even care to apologize. Rs 3500 wasted, wouldn't advise to stay at Shelton Islamabad. On the plus side, location is good, centarius is located nearby, rooms were cozy, free Wi-Fi. The only issue was with the staff attitude and responsibilities.

This is an ordinary guest house, established in the residential area of Islamabad. These guest house provide better service to its clients at an cost effective rates.

I'm from the U. S and I had recently spent two weeks in Islamabad. I stayed at this Shelton guest house and had a wonderful experience with them. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The food was great and the staff was extremely helpful and nice. I would like to acknowledge one staff in particular… Niaz, he very helpful through out my stay there. If my husband or I needed anything car, food ect… he would have it arranged immediately! Employees are extremely important in running a business and because of Niaz professionalism and hospitality my vacation was perfect! 10 out 10!

People working here are quite well mannered and very respectful … My room is really a cosy one and its soooo peaceful … but prices for edibles are really high and that's a major bummer. Otherwise it would be a 5 star. But still,, am lovin' it!

I've booked a room for tomorrow at this hotel online but can't confirm if they're still holding it for me as I've been trying to call and email Shelton hotel but the lines have been busy since two days and no response on email. Besides this, the prices mentioned here are different once we get to the hotel. Don't know if I'll be able to get a room once I land at night here.
