Prestige residence is the top guest house in Islamabad in my opinion. There are many good things to talk about it.
Security is good. Rooms are well decorated. Staff is educated and last but not the least location of the guest house is ideal.
I would highly recommend if you are visiting Islamabad or nearby for vacations this is the place to be.

The guest house is clean and tidy and location is really good. Guest house service is good too BUT the customer service is PATHETIC! They didn’t inform us that breakfast is included so we had breakfast at 11.30 or 12 and then during checkout we came to know that breakfast was included but it is only till 10.30. When asked why we weren’t informed the manager at front desk argued for half an hour that why didn’t we ask. The people at this guest house are so damn rude. Please refrain from staying here especially if you are with family. My personal advice.

I love it, it's easy by the cabs to catch the address. Royal suits are so clean and big staff are so respectful lovely place.

Nice average rooms. Only book if you want to stay in F-8 area.

Good hotel, located at very good place, inside restaurant making tasty food for you any time on order, house keeping services are also good.

Excellent location, Rooms are well decorated and as well as staff but of they charged almost equallent to Margala Hotel not much difference then they have to be on same service provider short it's OK place.

Rooms are fine. Kitchen does not have healthier menu options like salads and braun bread.

A run down guest house. Very minimal choice of breakfast. No visible signage and difficult to spot.

Extremely poor Wi-Fi signals Room cleanliness 1 out of 10 Furniture quality 1 out of 10 Washroom condition 1 out of 10 I will highly suggest to not stay at this place as it is not worth it. The worst hotel experience I ever had.

Having stayed at comfort residency F-7 Islamabad, I could easily compare services between these two guest houses. From furniture to bedding to washroom to internet speed, prestige is a huge disappointment. I will give you one example. The room I was in, they had a phone that I could use to contact room service, kitchen etc. Just that the phone was disconnected and there was no wire connection in the room. The in house restaurant also looks and feels cheap. It looked like a $1 roadside Cafe and felt like it too. Avoid it like the plague!

It’s an acceptable accommodation, comfortable and affordable. They can give more attention to details and cleanliness that will significantly improve there image.

Its food is very delicious. Rooms are good but staff is not friendly. Overall good experience.
