Staying at Gilgit Serena last week, to me and my family, has been a treat. The facility is well maintained, landscape is amazing, rooms are par excellence, food is awesome and specially the dinning facility gives entire view of the Gilgit valley. Don't forget to visit the trees to enjoy fresh apples & strawberries.

Excellent views as it should be valley in the heart of Pakistani mountains. Service could have been much better. Misleading menu. Ask before you order something to eat. They won't compensate you afterwards.

Phandar Valley is situated 61 kilometers (38 miles) from the valley of Gupis, in District Ghizer of Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan. Weather of Phandar valley stays very pleasant between June and July and this is the best time to visit this valley because the beauty of this valley goes at its peak during these months. Days stays fair and warm and nights are a little cold.

An unforgettable experience in Gilgit, but also the only hotel with a high level of services. We passed a very quiet night. Each room offer a view on mountains.

Beautiful views and interiors, very hospitable staff, great food, good service and well-maintained rooms. The manager herself came and kept us company. Overall an amazing experience.

Hotel is located on the slope of one mountain. The peak of opposite mountain is always covered with snow. In winter, you find snow almost everywhere around the hotel. It gives an impression that the mountain has been covered by a white carpet. In summer, sun bath while sitting in the lawn gives a great pleasure.

It's among few of the reasonable places in Gilgit city where you can hang/dine out with friends and family. Only place for official functions and occasions.

Perhaps the best hotel in Gilgit but not a 5 Star that one is used to see in Islmabad, Karachi etc. Rooms are small and washrooms are very small, not of the standard of a 5 star hotel. Breakfast, as compared to many other equivalent hotels, is just basic. Service is very good.

Very beautiful and well maintained Hotel in Gilgit. Superb scenic beauty of the Gardens around it and beautifully decorated from inside. Best olace for indoor & outdoor photography also. Food and the conduct of stall was also good and we fully enjoyed our short stay here.

Breakfast arrangements are very nice. Food and service is excellent. Rooms are extremely comfortable.
