Excellent service and rooms also location.

Rating regarding iftar buffet, it was very delicious, Fruit salad was great and Konafa was exceptional. Great hospitality and staff are so friendly. My family liked the experience very much and sure will go again. Only thing, they should include grills in the food, and avoid hot spices in chicken.

For a one night stay this hotel is perfect. Very clean en neat and good breakfast. Friendly staff.

Lovely experience staying here. The breakfast is fabulous. It is close to facilities and easily accessible from the Oman Airport. Nice fragrance at the lobby. The parking is reserved for guests, so no worries.

Nice place to stay near all the main attractions in Muscat. There are two buildings that have rooms. Restaurants are nearby but convenience stores are further away.

The apartment had two bedrooms and kitchen and was very spacious and comfortable for our family of three, elegantly furnished and clean. The parking lot in front of the hotel is large and convenient. Staff are friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet is sumptous, serving an interesting blend of Middle Eastern/Asian cousine. Wi-Fi is free and of reasonable quality. So overall had a pleasant experience staying one night at this hotel.

Reception staff is like very non professional and does not know the word hospitality that is why I did not check in and I left the place and took amother option haffa house.

They have no sence of running hotel, their rules are more valueable then their guest satisfaction. Like according to their hotel rule you can not check bed either they are comfortable or not.

Large rooms and very friendly person. In the area there is little thing except the Great Mosque and Hindus restaurants. Normal breakfast, but acceptable.

Average hotel, moderately clean. We booked it for 210AED excl taxes, and it's a good value for money. The breakfast is ok, but nothing special, the coffee was a disappointment, plain Nescafe. But it is very far from the city center, so be prepared and book only if you have a car to travel 20 km to the center.
