Great location next to the beach. Hits are nice and au naturel. Food was lovely and staff very attentive. All in all we had a great one night stay. Highly recommend a trip here if ur living in or passing through Muscat.

Our second time booking here, so that speaks for itself. Rooms are basic but very comfortable with a fantastic outdoor bathroom. Located virtually on the beautiful beach in an enclosed bay, the setting is perfect. Staff are excellent and the food superb. We booked for the diving trip and Blue Flow Diving are superb. Overall we can not recommend this place enough, book now!

A lovely place and we had a great weekend. However, booking staff and reception staff should work on thier communication skills and not tell us one thing and then change it after we checked out, even after I queried my concern during our stay and was told again that we were right… Did put a dampener on the weekend but we will return, just not too soon!

I had a great experience, though I booked my room for a night only. The beach access is great for kids. The room was good, there are a few water activities around, unfortunately we had not explored it as the little one was too young for it. Maybe next time. — с Sahana Roshan.

Very disappointing with the service and management specially the FB Manager extremely rude. The location is amazing but Musca hill's taking advantage! I think the issue is the standard? Place is awesome no DOUBT about that but for sure they just need to fix customer service problems! Hila Al Tawqi.

Service is bad takes to long to get someone to serve your table, and then takes hours to get the order, F&B Manager very rude, no customer service at all, this place is amazing hotel but employees take customers for granted. No understanding of hospitality. Customer comes 1st.

An enchanting romantic romantic gulf with stunning sea colors. We are sent twice and returning to Oman. A paradise we ate one of the best fried calamari in the world and some fantastic sandweches clubs.

We held our wedding at Muscat Hills Resort June 2019. Fantastic service pre and post wedding. Food was amazing and the staff made sure that everyone had their fill of food. Definitely recommend this place.

Went during off season and had an amazing time. The setting is beautiful nestled between mountains and the serenely calm Arabian sea. The beach huts are simple but very comfortable only a short walk from the beach. The beach has lots of shaded areas. Dinner in the restaurant was fabulous. Had a horrible experience. Went to the resort to check out the rooms and make the booking for the weekend to celebrate my sister's birthday. However the guy at the entrance did not even let us enter. He said that we have to pay 10 rials per person to just enter the property which honestly is ridiculous. No resort/hotel charges money to set foot in the property. I understand that there are day passes for using their facilities which is fair but charging for just entering the property is downright ridiculous. I asked the guy that what if I was just visiting the place to have a meal at their restaurant. He said irrespective of what you do inside you gotta pay for entering the property. The food will cost additional. Which by the way is something I have never heard of! We demanded to see the manager, but he refused to call/get the manager. We chose to leave as we didn't want to screw up the weekend arguing with people of this nature. The next day I did call the hotel and was informed that they have no such rule. It's a shame that this is the level of customer service that is provided for the exorbitant prices they charge. Never going back to Muscat Hills EVER!

The place is stunning, breathtaking view and relaxing. There is an entry fees of 10 OMR. Staff are very friendly and supportive. Bay water is very clean. Showers and change rooms are average may be it's the only area I believe need improvement. Other than this I totally recommend the place for a day to relax.

Lovely place but Bad and rude behavior of security. They think they are the boss there. Not recommend to people. Advise to the owner of club: please change the security staff and hire some smiling face and well educated security, who have manners how to talk to customers. Thanks.

Had horrible experience here, the security guards are aggressively rude they didnt allow my one year old baby food inside, they threw the milk out of the box, threatened to burry me if I will go inside with the baby food and I was pushed hard. It was a shocking experience to be treated like this. Not friendly place, very unprofessional. Managed by unprofessional gang style security guards.

A nice place to go on a weekend to relax by the sea. I've only ever had the burger there and it was good but I've heard that the food is not that great… also had a cappuccino and won't do it again. It is not the nicest coffee I've had. The pool is cooled during the warmer months so it's nice not to get into a bath tub! It's not free to enter… I would at least expect a bottle of water as you pay to make use of the facilities.

Amazing place for beach parties… Food is not that great. But the view is beautiful. Resident DJ is good.

I stayed here twice within last month. In the end of March, the vibe was on board with their monthly end of month beachclub party, where the vibe is friendly, busy, and cool. The flip side was my stay last Sunday, which presented a much quieter vibe, enjoyed no tv’s on the whole property, very chill workout by the beach and swim in the cove. Open air rooms with mosquito nets a nice touch. Organic plants grown on property to supplement their menu. Very few people were there but everyone was friendly. Highly recommend you check our Muscat Hills while the weather is right. A once-in-a-lifetime private getaway, where the vibe is family; opposite of commercial…

Thank you for a very pleasant stay! Highly recommend this beautifully peaceful and quaint resort. With only 35 beach huts, it's the perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy the wonderful nature that Muscat has to offer. Breakfast is somewhat basic but you will not leave hungry. Staff are friendly and the facilities are great. Definitely recommend it.

Returned from 6 nights staying at the beautiful, peaceful and amazing resort.
We did not want to leave and I barely want to tell you how good it was so we can keep it our secret!
The setting is just spectacular and so mesmerizing. The facilities/room were a million times better than expected following review reading before going and just divine. Then there is the people and the food!
We travel a lot and I can hands down say this has been the best food & service we have ever had in a holiday setting. Again from silly reviews we were expecting to pay a fortune, but it's not even central London or Manchester prices and such amazing quality.
The team of chefs, waiting staff, bartenders and cleaners could not have been better and are an absolute credit to the resort.
Nothing was too much trouble and have made our relaxed week away just everything you could want!
Try an Asian Mojito and definitely the Omani Fish!
We will be back — regularly!

This was my second visit after the renovations. Thankfully the extremely loud techno music has been reconsidered. Music now was nice although a tad too loud in my opinion. The perfect location will probably bring me back but mediocre expensive food and overpriced drinks were still a real disappointment. Things that could easily be fixed. Please fix them.
Bad flavorless hoummus and store bought stale arabic bread should be beaneath any decent resturant in the area. This was coffe shop quality at best. Rest of the food was okay but just that. Milkshakes were simly bad hardly any flavor just tasted like milk. Quality and price need to go together. Water is way to expensive. On a beach you should have more options when it comes to water. Offer the too expensive Evian but add the option of large bottles of regular water as well. You could still charge 1.5 and I am sure that won't affect your profit margins. For a 100 OMR day you need to get what you pay for.

I have lived in Muscat now for 2 years and I used to spend very lovely days at the Dive Club last year. Such a lovely relaxed and casual atmosphere with beautiful surroundings and lovely swimming. We would spend the day on the beach and then as the sun set we would move to the comfortable, cosy bohemian beach bar and watch the stars come out and fill the sky. The moonlight would illuminate the stunning mountains and we would listen to relaxing music while enjoying the evening with friends. This year is a completely different and very disappointing story. Yes, they have upgraded the place and given it a kind of south of France 50's vibe which is pleasing to the eye but that is about all I can say that is positive. The staff is pretentious and unfriendly. The lady at the front desk, after you get checked out by the burly bouncer complete with walky-talky gripped in his hand, sat with her feet up on the desk with dirty, unwashed hair looking like she just rolled out of bed. She deigned to look up from her phone only to tell me that I was not allowed to bring my 500 ml bottle of water onto the beach. She then proceeded to snap at another customer who asked for another towel. They want to create an atmosphere of 5 stars without the 5 star service. Try as you might, you can not attract any waiter to come to the lounger and have to go up to the very unfriendly restaurant to order the very expensive bottle of water.

Tuesday 22nd Dec 2017 @ 6pm. Beautiful Views with nice atmosphere we decided to sit for a meal only to be disappointed at the poor service at the restaurant. After asking for the menu we were told that food is only served at 7pm. We did try our luck to be served earlier but we were told the kitchen opens at 7pm and the chef doesn't arrive earlier than that. However the waitress insisted that she takes our order anyway. We told her we'd go for the calamari but since it was only 6:30pm we'd confirm wether we'd actually stay that long. We were surprised to see a plate of calamari pushed onto our table 10 minutes later! With no plates or cutlery on the table we stared at the food wondering where it came from if the kitchen is closed with no chef?! And how we're we expected to eat with no plates or cutlery? Called the manager who was busy entertaining a group of ladies from the moment we arrived. He was surprised too and decided to shout at the waitress in front of us. He was so unprofessional in his job. He didn't even apologise for what happened. He was too busy entertaining some European ladies. Unfortunately although the place is nice the staff and service is very very poor and embarrassing for such a place.

3 friends stayed from 9-3pm. Beautiful place. Love what they have done to the place and will go there again. Too high prices, specially on water and drinks. Good food, specially the pasta with beans and the bread. A big minus for staff in the restaurant not having any knowledge about gluten and glutenfree food. The menu was confusing with the gluten or glutenfree marks and even the staff was confused. And why cant we buy and eat nuts or snack on the sunbeds?
Muscat is in need of nice places like this. I think the high prices keeps the people that before were there for wathching ladies in bikini, away and the place can remind as classy it is supposed to be. Thums up!
