Very nice hotel, specious neat and clean. I booked this hotel just for the stopover to spend one night while going back to Abu Dhabi from Salalah, I extended my stay even my schedule was very tight.

The location is really good with access to a supermarket directly from the parking and many restaurants and cafe are a walk away. Most of the big malls are 5 minutes by car as well. Big rooms, clean and neat. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. The hotel is great for business trips, family travels and couples.

One of the best properties in Muscat outside the resorts. Spacious rooms and nice breakfast spread. Only flipside is they have high occupany most of the year.

Pretty decent amenities and food options are not bad though I would appreciate less vegan-indian options. Staff is courteous and try to keep efficiency high but I think their lack of experience shows but will give them good marks for trying though.

Delicious spread of food at the restaurant, wide variety, tasty and fresh food. The Asian themed night being the most popular and the restaurant is crowded, advance reservation is recommended. Parking access a bit inconvenient and very tight for big SUV.

Don't pay extras as laundry or other services by credit card, they keep all your credit card data without telling you about it. I saw the clerk typing it hiding behind the frontdesk, asked for explanation and reply was that hotel system needs because the receipt hides the numbers of the credit card… Yes! may be for security reasons, c'mon! That's completely illegal.
Very noisy rooms, lack of soundproof. Furthermore it has a construction in front of it that sometimes makes impossible to sleep. In addition, one night the staff was moving furniture from 10pm to past 1am!
Shower is horrible, impossible to keep water temperature stable it turns boiling to freezing continuously.
Asked several days for shirts to be delivered folded and they came on hangers.
There are many other things that I would have never expected from a 4* hotel.

This hotel is very well located in the busiest part of muscat i. E. Al Khuwair. Very nice location, Nice food, Good rooms, Very good Ball room. By staying in this hotel you get an extra advantage that you don't have to go anywhere else for shopping as very good shopping outlets are nearby located. And you have lots of eating options available around.

It's very conveniently located near to the main road with lots of restaurants & shopping places. Rooms are large, beds are comfortable, toilets are very clean and well supplied with amenities. Breakfast was excellent with ample choices. Service excellent all round.

Comfortable and well equipped room. The restaurant is excellent. On the other hand the area is without much interest and it is very very poorly soundproof.

English/German I was in August 2015 a few days in this exclusive hotel. The rooms were very spacious, the bed was very large for European standards but very comfortable and the rooms were very clean. On the roof there was a swimming pool. The breakfast buffet was exceptionally rich and besides the usual dishes also many oriental dishes which for me was very much addressed. The staff was very friendly. Gladly again.

Clean hotel. Staff is helpful. Breakfast has a very good spread and is normally open till 1030. Location is right in the center of traffic in Al khuwair with a building construction ongoing opposite to the hotel. Parking is 2 levels below and has good space. However beware that u will have to carry luggage for one floor since the elevator is only available from Basement 1 while parking lot is in basement 2. The sky lounge is not operational. Gym has got a good set of equipment.

Good hotel, well situated near Al Khuwar Market, very close with shopping center. Restaurant and Food was good and and staff working there very helpful. I really recommend this place to enjoy their different food stations. Again, excellent food presentation.

I stayed twice at the City Seasons Hotel in Muscat. Well-soundproofed and spacious rooms, comfortable beds, high-quality buffet restaurant and a wide choice of specialities (and desserts).
On the top floor there is swimming pool, sauna and well equipped gym. The staff is always nice and helpful to the customers requests.

Great hotel close to various shops. On the underground floor of the hotel you can also go directly to a supermarket. Huge apartments inside the hotel (2 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and living room).

The location is convenient, right above a big grocery store and in walking distance to many restaurants. Rooms have plenty of space but unfortunately the AC was too cold for us, even when we turned it to the warmest setting. Turning it off however the room got just a bit too warm. Room service was very good (we ordered a Butter chicken, roasted tomato soup and a dish with meat and shrimp). Breakfast however was not so great. Wi-Fi was super slow.

Stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks for work. Great value for money. Good location (near the airport, big grocery accessible from hotel's basement, nice restaurants and bakery nearby). Staff are very friendly and attentive; room is big and comfy. Breakfast buffet is one of the best that I have seen in my many years of travel — wide variety of choices. Dinner buffet is also excellent.

Location is good. Stuff are friendly. Rooms are quite big. Very clean.

Basically adequate for small workshops or small conferences and meetings. Plenty to choose from in the lunch and mid morning snack buffet. Hope they will check their mics and speakers before arranged meetings.

Very sub-standard hotel in Muscat… There was no one in the entrance and when I walked to the reception they all looked grim :P … I asked about one of the promotion mentioned in the City Season brochure and they had no idea about it and asked me to speak to the concierge … I wonder WHHY :) … They said they have upgraded me a room but I wonder what upgrade that was… The room service is not good either as the hotel staff were not friendly at all… there was no one in the concierge when I was looking for a taxi… overall experience is really sad :P moreover its a dry hotel.

I just had Mexican Dinner Night at City Seasons Hotel, Muscat last night. The hotel ambiance just wonderful, also we were greeted very warmly by the staff. There was a huge variety of food that I even could not try everything & I am now planning to go again already to try all others. Here are the dishes I actually tried Chicken tortilla Soup, Nachos with Avocado Salsa, Tomato Salsa, Salad of many kinds (There was an unbelievable variety of salads also). Mexican Chicken Tacos, Grilled Fish with corns, Fish Wraps, Rice, Pasta and Tiger Prawns. And everything was on point and had Mexican flavors in them. Then I went off for desserts and tried some of them because I was already full. The dessert variety was also so much and I regret that I should have tried them all. Overall I loved that place and I am going there again and again InshaAllah.

Food — both the buffet and room service is excellent and very substantial and varied. The staff are friendly and helpful.
