The biggest hotel between Sandefjord and Bergen. A lot of history. Tremendous breakfast buffet. Swimming pool.

Conference. I got a room in the old wing which is good enough but it needs a refurbishment. Quite good bar and restaurant with excellent breakfast and lunch. Okay conference facilities.

Best breakfast buffet I've ever experienced in a hotel of this pay grade. Definitely will visit again.

Do not book here on a warm day. They do not have room AC so if you do not open the windows it will quickly reach 30 celsius in the room. The do have limited number of fans for borrowing. We were stuck here with a 1.5 year old child going to bed at 19. Major concert right outside so had to close the window. It was so hot in the rooms and of course all the fans were given out and all rooms facing away from the noise were booked. Just a really horrible experience.

I had a wonderful visit. My room was very comfortable and the hotel staff were very helpful. The breakfast is amazing! I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Nice rooms, great breakfast. Reception needs an overhaul in serviceskills. Not even telling were the room is or were breakfast is served is not good enough. Never experienced that before.

New hotel with comfortable beds. Sandefjord is rather small but located very near to the beautiful ocean and forests. Would come back and refere to friends.

Good breakfast But we were in the annex and had to go out to reception to access the outside. It gave Me a feeling of claustrophobia! It would be very easy for the doors to be sensitive to the room keys to have a closer exit.

Come for the night — stay for the breakfast. This hotel has the best breakfast buffet I've seen in a long time, with everything from steamed salmon to exotic fruit. Apparently, they also won a price for Norway's best breakfast or some such.

Very nice breakfast — big conference area and a historical hotel situated in beautifull Sandefjord.

You can feel some old age of hotel. My room had heading just enought. Water pressure in the shower is very low. Waiting time for meals too long. Meals very good. Great range of breakfast. Gym too smal, sometimes you need to wait for the machines.

Clean, newly renovated rooms, however slightly cold with a noisy heater. Breakfast was outstanding. Best in class.

Nice hotel with good service and facilities. Some of the rooms in the main building however, are a bit dated and could use some refurbishing.

Breakfast was delicious with different varieties never experienced before. Rooms were spacious and thoroughly clean and tidy. The feeling of staying at your own home. The urge to visit again is getting stronger by the day so thanks a lot for the hospitality and keep it up.

Very happy stay in this clean, spacious hotel. The hotel's USP is it's courteous, very helpful staff. Just when I thought that the weather had snookered my plans, hotel staff in Reception and Conference made it option "another " work. Thank you.

Good food, clean room, nice conference rooms, good location, nice building. TVs also had an HDMI connection dongle available.

This hotel is fantastic. The family rooms have bunk beds and are a very comfortable size for a family of four; the pool is great for laps and playing; and the free breakfast was possibly the best we have seen in our travels and is complete with lox, smoothies, a variety of fresh baked pastries and breads, as well as cold cereals and hot options (eggs, sausage, and potatoes). The front desk staff also doubles as the Sandefjord tourist information desk and is very helpful with running and hiking trails, as well as restaurant suggestions. Last, the hotel has nice views overlooking the small port. I am not sure what else you could ask for. I would definitely stay here again.

Slightly dated but ornate old hotel in amazing location, the dining options were not the best, or even to the standards of other Scandic hotels I've stayed at. Parking costs almost 10 times more in their lot, so we parked across the street for the equivalent of 5 dollars. The beds were very comfortable… so much so that we nearly overslept our ferry, so by that measure and it's position on the fjord it's perfectly serviceable.

Great hotel, clean and comfortable rooms. Swimming, sauna and other spa facilities really good. I cannot describe how amazing it was swimming in the very warm pool while it snowed outside. Food in restaurant and breakfast good for Norway. Rooms modern and had beautiful view over the park and harbour, only downside was due to having a family of 4 in a family room it was cramped. Staff friendly and helpful too.

Dinner was good ^^ Good service for me and my graduating class.
