Fine hotel, all you need and good internet.

Very disappointing. I would advise against this hotel! We couldn’t sleep at night bcs the airco is always on, on cold on high speed directly above the bed… 2 awful nights which are now waisted from our holiday. My throat is hurting … We complained at the reception but the airco is centralized so if there aren’t enough complains they will not change anything.

I would say the first time I happen to have to leave in the middle of the night a room already paid for because of the impossibility of the noise given by the fan inside the faulty bathroom that did not turn off combined with the noise of an outside fan placed right under the window. We had already paid and had to pay another hotel at midnight to be able to at least sleep 6 hours before leaving by ferry. The problem cannot be reported because the reception after 10 p. M. Closes. The staff are very friendly and the location great and almost sorry to make a bad review but tonight in all it cost me 200 euros and hours of sleep so I can only make a bad review.

It is a nice, new and modern, centrally placed, low budget hotel with breakfast included. No minibar or fridge in the room, not even on hot summer days, just a small flat screen TV and hotel reception closed from 22 to 15 o clock the next day, plus metal beds with sharp, hard (potentially harmful if the child falls) corners for the smallest children still gives you the low-budget feel, despite the new interior. I missed a security grid installation to protect my two year old in front of the window in our fifth floor room, a window that needed to be open at night because of the heat. Air condition, if there ever was one in our room, did not work properly so both windows had to be open at all times. Hotel sliding doors on the first floor makes it easy for young kids to run right out to the sidewalk outside, unguarded by accident for a moment, or, by accident, further out in the car trafficed driving street, so the protection measurements for small children isn't all that great. This hotel is best for grown-ups without small children, I guess.

Really but really small room and ditto bathroom. Poor breakfast with really undrinkable coffee.
But the property was clean with the girls at the reception really nice. For a night of passing is fine but no more!

I was just having breakfast, but all in all I was satisfied with the stay, although the food selection was a bit lacking.

The hotel is good. They don't provide much luxury, but I didn't expect that within this price. The breakfast is good, the staff is really nice and the rooms are clean. It meets my standards.

More than just a good budget hotel! Friendly personnel, excellent beds, clean modern rooms, good parking and great location in city center!

The hotel itself is advertised… covers the basics as advertised in its concept. The staff though is Amazing. They ensured every day was turned into a positive experience with a smile. One staff member (Frederik) stood out from the others. Great guy, positive attitude and gave a lot of insight to the hotel and surrounding area. He helped us tremendously in enjoying our stay. Thank you for a pleasant visit. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that it is different, and I have been spoiled in many 5 star hotels. It does serve its purpose just the same room was clean and breakfast was on point, typical Norske breakfast. Wonderful bread!. James.

Everything and staff were great. But no service available before 1500. No early check in or luggage place.

There is nothing to complain about in the price category. Clean, friendly staff and a great breakfast with freshly baked bread.
Room size is the price category.

Nice hotel, very central and a short walk from the railway and bus station. The room was small, but clean and had everything I needed — a bed, toilet and shower. There was also a small desk with a chair. And a tv. Breakfast was ok, and with such a cheap rent price it was really great. The reception is only open for a few hours each day, but I don't think it very negative. Again, really low prices.

We arrived outside of their check in hours, as arranged by our travel agent. We had no way to get in the hotel, no phone to call the after hours number, and no prearranged place to pick up our keys. The concierge at another hotel called, was hung up on at least once, and found out where our keys were located. The discount was not worth the runaround. I've stayed at nicer and less expensive hostels.

Inexpensive, but you know what you get. To be chosen for short stays or budget travels.

A very basic, yet clean hotel in a great location in Kristiansand. Maybe a little expensive for the offering, but that may have something to do with events the particular weekend we stayed. Friendly and obliging staff. Good stay.

Very good. It's clean, simple and neat. The staff is really friendly and helpful Free Wi-Fi, free coffee and juice. They'll even lend you a charger if you need one You get what you pay for, but here you'll get a little more.
