Great location, bu quite simple rooms. Pretty decent breakfast buffet selection. Friendly staff. Recommend to try to indoor mini golf across the street.

Nice and clean. Staff very polite and helpful. If you want that they clean your room you need to tell in advance of front desk. Otherwise thy will not clean it. Fresh towels you need to ask in reception They say when you say NO to cleaning they donate to UNICEF. Nice and rich breakfast. No lunch and dinner. Fast WI-FI, free of charge. No hotel parking.

Breakfast is great and plentiful. Drinks also available during the day, for this nothing to be excellent but nn I can give 5 stars because I was in a room on the fourth floor that gives on the road, perhaps the busiest in Trondheim. All right the windows isolate everything and very well, but when you come in summer you would like to keep them open! Marriage bed too soft, honestly I tried better!

The hotel direct us to a parking lot but it is easy to find street parking around the hotel. Hotel is very new with modern design. Room very clean. Breakfast is good. Very friendly staff too. No private parking.

Cozy, nice. For couples information, we got room with door to bathroom made of glass and is very close to bed. Other than that all is nice.

I stayed here for about two weeks. Staffs here are really very warm, helpful and prompt. Overall a nice and comfortable stay.

Contrasting aspects in this hotel. The assigned room is wide, definitely more than average. Parquet flooring.
But there is no closet…! There's a hanger, with two shelves, no doors. In the bathroom, which in contrast to the room is tiny, there is not even a storage shelf.

Really nice stay compared to the price. We had breakfast included (which was not obvious while booking it). Nice TV, big bathroom, awesome lounge… Would visit again.

Small rooms, no housekeeping no desk in the room to work at the computer. No extra pillow in the room. +cheap Nintendo in lobby very nice personal working in the reception.

Desk and chair in room are not suitable for working from a laptop. The desk isn't deep enough to open the laptop fully, and the chair is a high barstool (no backrest). The lobby area is spacious, but not private. Staff were very helpful, and the reception doubles as a bar which is quite fun. They don't do room service per se, but you can order food from nearby restaurants via a website and have them delivered to your room.

Not far from the city centre. The room was pretty small but clean. There wasn't enough space to put out our clothes. Staff were very friendly. There were no coffee or tea making facilities in the room but unlimited free coffee and tea available near the reception. Good breakfast.

The staff is very attentive. Small, but everything you need rooms. Free coffee 24/7.

The rooms are great size, the bathroom is clean… the minus are the windows (old and you can hear everything from outside) and the AC dries the air so much, that you'll woke up in the middle of the night looking like a raisin.

Nice hotel and clean rooms. The bath has an average size. Compfy bed. But a little bit loud because auf the cittycenter and peaple walking infront of the window.

Attended a free Christmas event in their hall, and to me it appeared they provided great service to the organisers, they even gave the attendees free refreshments.

Decent sized room and bathroom. Beds and pillows could be better. Services was good. Breakfast could use some more choices, but was generally as expected. Close to the city center, and with it many attractions within close proximity.

Clean and modern hotel. Really nice rooms and comfortable beds. You are able to connect your Tablet to the TV via mirror screen or the outlets in the wall which are built in, so if you want bring an HDMI cable with you. The breakfast is fantastic and much to choose from. The staff are friendly and care to your needs. An overall good stay no moans!

The bathroom was dirty but great location.

Fenomenal service, great location. Biggest draw backs is somewhat outdated rooms. No electrical outputs close to the bed. Would consider this a ***/**** hotel.

Excellent service, great breakfast, friendly staff. Only downside was that the doors to the bathroom (in the hotel room) were sliding doors. This means that you can't close the doors completely when you are doing your private business. The hotel is in the middle of the city, with immediate access to everything you need.

Well located hotel, next to the cathedral. Nice bed and armchair, but there isn't a mini fridge in our room (in other rooms there is). Breakfast is just normal, I didn't like that milk was coming from a machine instead of a bottle. Also, tea selection is poor, but everything else is fine, especially the diced fruit. Attentive staff and free tea and coffee anytime are appreciated.

Great location, very good breakfast. Smaller room and bed, but good bed. Bit hard to find the right way to the hotel. Parking a good walk from the hotel. Lack of available rooms when you try to check. Might have to wait for a room even after check in time has started. Happened twice now.

Trendy and modern but some room outlets — particlarly by the desk turn off with the lights so you cant use them for overnight device charging. Desk is small — too small for a full size laptop and mounted high requiring a tall chair with no ergonomics to sit there. Included breakfast was very good. Handicap access was good with two decent size elevators and a ramp between entry level and the elevator lounge.

Nice modern hotel that serves breakfast until late morning at weekends. The lazy Sundays allow you to check-out up to 6pm, which is handy if you sleep very late. The location is close to the centre and 5min walk from the cathedral. The Nova Kinosenter bus stop is just around the corner, which makes it handy for direct connection to the airport. I recommend this hotel both for business and leisure.

After a concrete evaluation of many hotels in Trondheim, I consider the Comfort Hotel one of the best for its location, for the new and functional structure, for the welcome, the cleanliness of the rooms and the décor.

A budget hotel located in the middle of Trondheim, Norway. Small, but smart single rooms in Scandinavian design. Breakfast a chaotic experience, avoid the hot breakfast, if you do not like rubbery eggs, steamed bacon and sausages in baked beans. Low in inhouse facilities but a good bargain at only NOK 620 per night.
