Arriverat the hotel at 01:00 AM — went to the rom find it was not cleaned from previous guests (rom 711) — we had to wait to much time to get a new rom (rom 401) after mid night with children that just wanted to go to bed! We where not compensated at all except for a small soft drink when waiting. They couldnt do anything as of it was prepaid… This is redicoulous Will newer again stay here or recomend this hotel to anyone!

Good stay, and nice room. There's a little to much construction going on nearby which makes the area a little less pleasant. However, everything else was great.

Good location if you are going to a Concert at Valle Hovin (which I was) Not a busy neighborhood with about 10-15 min travel time to City centre. The room was spacey and had good amenities and a nice shower. I really likes the big windows in the room.

In our room there was no TV remote control and staff couldn't give us another one. Also, garbage was left from previous guests. There is no ice cube machine in corridors. Although, room is cosy, there is refrigerator in room, a/c works perfectly.

Room is good and clean. Great shower and bathroom. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is worth noting that the Restaurant and Bar are both closed on Sundays so if you are staying there on a Sunday (as I am on my journey home) you will need to sort yourself out. There are a few places nearby a couple of which are in walking distance.

Very clean and nice premises. Friendly staff. Rooms are cozy and had a nice view overlooking a hill. Breakfast buffet had a good spread and healthy options too.

Great hotel with very cosy rooms and abundant breakfast at reasonable price. Easily accessible by public transportation.

It is the fourth time I am in this hotel for work reasons. The situation is perfect for my office.
Still, unfortunately, I will look for a new hotel for next time. The staff at the front desk is conspicuously very unkind. They take very little care of the details. (As a curious example, at check-in today I have only been told to ask the number of nights. Not a single word more. The information of timetables, Wi-Fi, etc you facilitate it in a photocopy of paper of surprising low quality, little according to a modern hotel. Attached photo. ) Breakfast is very good, excellent. Very comfortable rooms.
But, I insist, kindness and good education is a prerequisite for me. And this hotel, it doesn't comply.

We have stayed at the Scandic Helsfyr several times and like it. The rooms are large (8th floor) and clean, so the bath is. Breakfast is included and great, parking is free and the staff is friendly. The missing 5th star is due to the little number of seats available in the lobby and bar area. We certainly come back.

Greit hotel til en grei pris. Flott frokost som desverre ble skjemt av at det kun var en sløv brødskiver tilgjengelig. Vi talte 14 gjester som sto I kø for å skjære brød!

Good located hotel for a fair price.
Overall very well maintained with pleasant room size and fabulously fast elevators (we were housed on the 7th floor, and it didn't take 10sec until we were on our hallway).
A magical breakfast!
The view is currently not so great (on a large construction site on the north side of the road).
Right located a kindergarten, and a large sports arena.
Within walking distance of the subway and various bus lines.
Also a supermarket.
Very friendly staff.
Parking places are sufficient to book the hotel and (free of charge) by the reception (with indication of the mark so that one is not towed).

Good food, ok beds. A little noisy rooms/badly insulated. The gym is a joke, but nice sauna. Meeting rooms are okey, but badly aired.

The BEST service iv ever hade, the receptionists name was Pernille, she is the reason I definitly will be back.

Good comfortable rooms, but the personal in the disks are not warm ore welcoming.

Wonderful hotel rooms were very comfortable with sports on tv. Hotel less than 5 mins walk from helsfyr t-bane, which is only a 7 min ride to the centre of Oslo. Breakfast was unbelievable best selection I have ever seen at any hotel. Staff were very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Good hotel with big international breakfast. Great for the location, just minutes from downtown using the Metro.

When I arrived there was a long line to check in. I got to my room and the room was ok except for a hole in the upholstery of one chair in the room. I went to the hotel restraunt, but nobody offered me a seat so I left to some local restraunt instead. One night the room suddenly smelled like poo. I guess someone in a nearby room was taking a dump and they share ventilation with my room. Then, lastly, the Wi-Fi was terrible. My netflix kept freezing up. So overall my experience was bad, although maybe I was unlucky. I have had better experiences in this hotel about a year ago.

Good continental breakfast, good price. Car parking free. But no teapot and minibar into the room.

Apart from the view of the highway and the stadium a good hotel 10 minutes by taxi from the center. The restaurant has a very limited card and the service is quite slow but the dishes are good. Very high prices, in the national standard. Great breakfast buffet with rich choice of fish and meats and everything you could want. The rooms.

The breakfast second to none. A bit out of the city centre but manageable with the train station is flies by. Recommended tho …

Location is ok. Room is not bad. Five minutes walk to the nearest metro/bus station. Friendly staff.

What's the point to be a rica member when the service is even worst. They gave me an old room with the view blocked by a plastic tarpaulin due to works in the hotel, while they had nicer rooms available. Breakfast :/.

Overall an excellent hotel. The breakfast has a lot of variety. The hotel restaurant serves delicious meals at affordable prices. The gym unfortunately has only basic cardio equipment.

Loved the hotel. All is quite at a high level for 3 stars. Outgoing adequate staff. The rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast is rich. Feel free to recommend.
