Excelent service and the staff made me feel like I was highly important to the hotel; like when they would adress me by name if I approched them unprepared. They humbly carried out their duties with confidence and pride, and that was transferred on to me as a guest.

Nice boutigue hotel in quiet section of Oslo. Nice high-end retail street and dining near by and easy walk into central city. Modern updated rooms and very nice breakfast as well as lobby lounge.

We expected much more from this Hostel than what we experienced! As we arrived, our room was freezing cold cause of the AC, which we couldn’t switch off. The only thing we could do was, make it weaker. So we wanted to let in some hot air from the window, that isn’t made to be opened. In addition our room (2 ppl) was way too small and we couldn’t find a way to menage it with our luggage. Secondary, the beds weren’t comfy. The breakfast is overrated and doesn’t offer alot. It‘s featured without any fantasy and the coffee is disgusting. The tables don‘t get cleaned soon enough and if you have bad luck you can’t find any place to sit. The only positive thing about the breakfast are the freshly made smoothies. Only plus is the location.

Nice room, friendly staff, good breakfast. Microbrewery nearby. Would recommend. Matress was a bit soft, but that's just personal preference.

Very charming hotel, staff were wonderfully helpful, polite and attentive. Breakfast was lovely, rooms were immaculate and very modern. Just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the City centre without being too far.

This hotel charged me twice for the room on may 29th and I still don’t have a solution or a proper answer from the hotel. The amount was 437 usd that I have to pay now to my bank and I don’t have the money… the hotel only answer was that they are trying to identify why this happened… no matter why, it happened and knowing why won’t solve the problem. I need a solution now! If I don’t get my money back I will continue this claim throughout all social networks until everyone knows what kind of hotel is.

Saga Hotel was part of our road trip from Ireland through Norway and a very pleasant stop. Hotel reception young girl was very helpful with Ferry’s and sight seeing activities. Lovely room and very nice display for breakfast. No complaints can be found, well done.

This is the best eat in Oslo this year. — and last year as well! Haakan, the chef, is a fantastic host and a sushi samurai. We will definitely be back, — soon.

This is a nice hotel with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. I stayed on the top floor. My only complaint is that the ceiling was slanted and slightly awkward and that the bed spread/duvet was a bit too thick. The place has a nice lobby with coffee. The breakfast was quite good. I was there for about a week and they had some variation day to day, but always a good selection of eggs, meats and bread. It is pretty centrally located and within a short walk to many restaurants and bars. They also had a handful of parking spots, but it seemed like there was a decent amount of street parking around. If I come to Oslo again, I would stay here again.

Quite big rooms for Oslo, nicely decorated atmosphere. Excellent breakfast and even better dinner in the great Japanese Resto! Only bed was too soft for me…

I stayed for one night two months ago — the room in the corner at ground floor was noisy, disturbing badly the sleep, and I only realized next morning that the music must have come through from the dining room/kitchen below. Otherwise great location and clean room, friendly staff.

We stayed in the apartments which were lovely and clean. Breakfast is also great. The only slight downside is the lack of staff on our arrival on new years eve combined with a few issues with our key card not working. Would stay again for sure.

The apartment was convenient (two blocks) to shopping, grocery stores and public transportation. The room was quiet and all of the appliances worked. The only negative is that one radiator needed fixing but no one came during our five day stay, leaving the apartment colder than we liked.

The breakfast was very good.

Calm, nice atmosphere, central, great food, chainless, great staff and service, and a special conference suite. It's different.

What can I say? It was the perfect place to stay. The Location, the breakfast, the staff and the bed… I worked a s a tour guide for over 20 years and have seen and tried my fear share of beds but the beds at Saga Hotel take the price. So soft and comfortable. The breakfast is just right with so many great things to try both if you want to indulge or if you try to eat healthy. The staff is friendly and helpful and both me and my husband loved our stay. We run our own B&B so we know what it takes to run a place like this. We liked it so much that we came back and stayed another two days after our first three days the month before. We will definitely be back and cant recommend this place enough. So thank you so much to Ronny and his staff who does a great job.

The location is great. Very comfortable to sleep.

It is in a very central location. Ok room, heavy blanket in bed, ideal temperature, air conditioner, daily towel change, clean room, very staff, always open reception, great Wi-Fi. :)

Good place to stay. I recommend calling to make sure your room has two beds after reservations. Great breakfast buffet out of all the hotels I have stayed in Norway!

Overall it is a very nice hotel. We stayed in the apartments. Only a couple of issues, one of which I know is outside of the hotels control; the other I am not sure about. Issue number one was that the neighborhood the apartment was in was pretty loud, not sure if this was a one off or a regular occurrence but loud music and yelling people while trying to sleep was sort of rough. Issue number two was that the apartment was just too hot. This was compounded by the fact that we had to keep the windows closed due to the loud music in the neighborhood it was just a long night. The room was pretty clean (small amount of dirt on the blanket). Easy to find, good location with lots of access to downtown Oslo with just a short walk. Solid 4*.

I absolutely loved this Hotel. The hotel is decorated nicely, a very comfortable and inviting feel when you walk in. Friendly front desk staff. The restaurant was great; the breakfast was amazing! It had a really great selection of food. Lots of vegetarian options too. Dinner was great. The chef did an excellent job of making me feel welcomed. I was only one in there; so I had an excellent chefs choice meal. Great friendly service. The room was clean and comfy. The bed was super comfy, I had trouble getting up the next day. It's a really quiet hotel. Amazing shower! I would definitely recommend this Hotel. I would stay here any and every time I'm in Oslo. It's close enough to walk around and sight see.

Nice modern rooms with nickel bathroom, friendly staff, breakfast very nice breakfast, and really interesting quality-price ratio. I recommend!

My favourite place to stay when visiting Oslo.

I only took a few drinks in the bar. Friendly staff and good prices. The hotel had comfortable interior, felt a little like being at home.

Loud music and party at 1h30 in the morning… hotel management seem to think this is ok, but trying to sleep in these conditions is not possible. It's a shame, the hotel is quite nice but if you have a room on the ground floor and they decide to party you won't sleep!

Very nice 4-star a bit off the beaten tourist track but still perfect location for a visit in Oslo. Cool vibe and boutique feeling, the sushi restaurant in the basement is worth the money.
