The campsite is very nicely located on the fjord. We had a pitch directly on the water with a wonderful view. The German operating couple is super nice. We felt very comfortable. On the second day we are out for fishing by motorboat. It was a unique experience. We would go on holiday here at any time.

Great place directly on the water. With luck you get one of the 8 places directly on the water, with cozy wooden veranda.
You can rent motor boats here and also get tips for good fishing grounds.
Very nice operating couple (both Germans), who are on hand with advice and deeds.
Sanitary facilities are OK. Shower time with 8 minutes for 10 NOK very generously sized.
We are happy to come back!

Nice camping run by a German couple. Despite the presence of the road next door, it is not heard. Nice view of the fjord. Very correct price compared to the rest of Norway: 30 euros for 2 tents/4 people. It is possible to rent small boats for 4 hours in order to go for a ride in the fjord and fish for about 90 euros (including petrol). Proper sanitary facilities.

We even stayed there for two days. It is beautifully located and in front of all the caretaker couple
is from Germany very nice and very helpful. I borrowed a boat there, which you can do here without a driver's license. Then I went fishing and even succeeded!
The manager had shown me everything and was still so nice to get the fish ready, so I just had to grill it. A great experience. Thanks again for everything!

Some electricity issues (kept repeatedly tripping a fuse) while we were cooking dinner, but otherwise a lovely stay.

Bad place to stay if you are working. Slow stove makes you have to be in the citchen longer than nessesarly. Few power outlets makes charging equipment hard. The beds is hard, not good for when you have to actually do something the day after. There is glass between every room, witch is stylish, but inconvinient if you are going to bed at diffrent times. All in all ok for when you need a place to stay for a short time and if you are vacating. Terrible if your aim is to work long hours while staying here.

Medium sized place on the fjord shore. Fair prices, nice staff, good facilities.

Fantastic campsite, owners are german but also speak very good English and obviously Norwegian. Also have boat hire which is highly recommended, a small boat ride away is a narrow fjord with no towns, villages or roads next to it. Really amazing to discover yourself with a rented boat. Campsite also has a small kitchen with stove, washing facilities and decent showers.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Our group had 2 couples (late 20s & early 30s) and a 14 month baby and we stayed in the American house on the fjord for 2 nights. First, the view is AMAZING! We spent most of the time just gazing out of the huge windows from the comfort of our little house. The house had everything we needed, they even had a crib and high chair for rent. The staff is super friendly and helpful and seem to be really involved with keeping the place looking nice. If you're looking for a break from city life and want to just relax this is a great place. We didn't get to enjoy many activities (a bit too rainy and cold for us Americans) but we saw fishing, bike rentals, boat rentals, and they have a cute playground for kids.

If you like to have your neighbours as close as 1-2 meters from your spot, this is absolutely a place for you. Far to many and to close vehicles was annoying, and facilities was old and dirty. Location and staff was pleasant.
