Very nice hotel with kind and helpful staff, excellent breakfast and good food in the connected restaurant, only fault to mention that the room temperature can not be changed by rooms.

Top top! All clean and modern furnished.
And breakfast… hardly goes better!

We ate here for lunch. It was a beautiful day, and the food was really good. I have not had an overnight visit here yet, but this hotel is known to be over of the better in Elverum, si egen passing by, this is one of the places to stay. And if you're driving a Tesla, or another electric vehicle — the are superchargers right in the back alley, and genetic fast chargers right around the corner. Highly recommended.

Stayed a night here on a recent road trip, and it didn't disappoint. Right off the main road, with plenty of parking. Spacious, clean rooms and great breakfast buffet (my son especially enjoyed that you could make your own waffles). The staff was very friendly. We'd definitely come back again.

Arrived half an hour before a ridiculous closing hour of 7pm. The half hour left was the reason for most of the menu not being available. We got a choice between moose cakes and moose "karbonade" which should be pretty much the same as the cakes. And then we could have hotdogs. Chose the cakes for the grown-ups and hotdog for the child. The cakes tasted great, but the cleaning and vacuuming around the table made it a little difficult to enjoy.

Elgstua was a pretty nice place, we held our after funeral gathering there. There wasn't any problems and the place looked nice.

Staying here as a family was great. Although there was few facility's for kids. Breakfast is over par for this franchise, and staff was more than helpful and kind. Recommended.

It is a naughty thing to charge for a miniature room 1600 NOK, if it is traded on the Internet for 155 euros. If we hadn't had to sleep, we wouldn't have done it. The lamps on the bed didn't even have light bulbs and the bulb in the floor lamp burned through the next morning. The kettle on the table still had old water in it, which could have been noticeable. The toilet was really dirty and the shower head was already leafing. This is an absolute no-go in the price category.
