A receptionist is the face of the hotel, I booked a three days stay at the hotel with a family room for me, my husband and my kids but when we check in the male receptionist is not approachable. The lobby area is too dark. The room we get is clean but the furnitures are super duper outdated, need a upgrading. The TV is so small the curtains is old and the bed is super old and stuffy and smelly, there is no air condition in the room and the air ventilation is not fully working. We need to borrow a electric fan in order to go through the night. Since I had a allegy I had a hard time to breath and sleep. Overall need to updated OR improvements for the furnitures and appliances specially the bed. Its not worth the money we pay in staying at the hotel. Worst hotel we've ever been!
