My experience was terrible. The ac was dusty possibly for lack of use, and no window for ventilation in the room had to switch off the ac all night as I was coughing as a result of the air. In the morning the heater didn't work. Asked for hot water ca use I was running late and they brought me a dirty bucket with soot and oil. It was really horrible. My husband recommended it cause he stayed yhere 2 years ago. The standard obviously not the same. It's a shame really.

The best within a diameter of about 200 meters. Nice pool, gym, bar and suite. But no pool side events at night (anytime later than 6pm)

Good hotel. Could be better if they at least repair broken utility equipment and fix up the bathroom look for the so called executive suites.

They have good food, the prawn dish is awesome, the rooms are very comfortable with nice views and helpful staff although you want to always keep your door locked as the staffs have a bad habit of barging into rooms (it has happened to me twice) but apart from that it is a nice hotel and can be used as a getaway option from all the Lagos stress. You also have the option of booking online. Gym, outdoor pool and bar also available.

Relatively new hotel. Services being offered are comparable to a 5-star hotel. Clientele are also exclusive, being located in the Agodi G. R. A of Ibadan. Promises a good experience if you can afford it.

Horrible service, disgusting staff including the director. Bathrooms are slippery, my son fell in the hotel’s bathroom and had to get stitches. We had to go to the nearest hospital at 2am. They didn’t take responsibility and the so called manager was laughing at the situation like it’s a joke. I don’t recommend this hotel and will never stay there.

High taste affordable rooms, food is not bad, view is serenading.

Good. The room was good but the AC was not cooling well. On my 3rd day, there were mosquitoes but the front desk officer was responsive. I would have given 4 stars but the breakfast was repetitive.

Lovely and cozy place but expensive food. I guess this is expected for a hotel of this standard.

Not a bad place tho… Expensive, great meal at brake fast, learn to do real weekend rates.

My experience is a bad one, rooms where reserved and confirmed. Was about doing my payment on the agreed payment day, and to my surprise the rooms where given out without contacting me. Now I have to start all over again looking for accommodation. This could happen to anyone so be careful. This is very wrong…

About the best around, very dynamic menu, had to anchor a couple of events at their halls and I must say they were awesome, lovely ambience.

Been here a few times over the past year, and each time, it shows a visible degeneration — fittings damaged and left unrepaired, poorer service, shower not working etc. The worst part though is the toilet that has a terrible odour… For the price, so much more is expected.

Bed and breakfast. Clean room. Food is very expensive. Chicken and chip is N4, 000. Don't buy their food ooooo.

I never expected to see this type of hotel in ibadan! Everything was good, although the lift wasn't working when I was there… thats understandable as I enjoyed myself from the free Wi-Fi to the breakfast. The staff were very friendly and respectful. Will definitely return… Hotel had the American feeling.

A cool place to easy out your stress, a place to always wanna be. Interior is just so lite, pool side & bar so lovely.

Rooms and restaurant and bar reasonably comfortable but they could not accept international credit cards so had to pay cash.

Great to stay in but crappy food, DO NOT BUY THEIR FOOD! once again its a very nice place to stay in… please change your cooks… plus the front desk was sort of rude and sweet…

Terrible Service. Hotel is very nice with great decor but the food takes ages, staff make mistakes with room servicce orders and were rude. They need to be more organised to reach full potential. Hopefully that happens.

What a place to be!. Elegant and classy! Exquisite and Continental dishes.

The presidential suite is amazing. Here for a friend's wedding. 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, the food was delicious too.

Room was nice and clean and better than most in the city of Ibadan. TV channels had varied options. Food however was lacking in choices; breakfast buffet was a choice between two options. Lunch and dinner amounted to the same thing. Had to go out for lunch to stimulate my palate.

Ambience is on point. Guest service is warm. Lovely facilities.
