Beautiful place very quiet and cozy to go with friends or family very friendly staff and breakfast very rich… Super comfortable rooms and very soft cheap price beds and very safe place. 100% recommended very pleasant stay.

I do not recommend, customer service awful, we lost the room key and the type we theft to the nerve, we charge $115, that is, change the locks throughout the hotel.

Fatal this place I do not recommend to any traveler, the owner treated us very badly their service sucks for a replacement d a (normal) key we were charged $115 dollars.

This place not recommend it to anyone, that claims to be its owner does not have the customer service is terrible, the care we treatment super evil, it turns out that after that they stole our belongings to the lord, this we collection for a key $150, so we went back to steal. Zero recommended is the worst.

Very good hotel in San Juan del Sur. For $40 USD per day we had a private room with air conditioning, hot water, a tasty breakfast each morning, and access to a kitchen. The family that runs Bahia Azul is very friendly and more than happy to help where they can. The hotel is up a side street away from the busy nightlife of the town. I would definitely stay again.

Cheap and clean. It's no frills but at the price you can't complain. The fluro murals are something to be seen at night!

That lack of seriousness on your part when you have to decline a booking that was made with a lot of anticipation because "booking the multaba". I don't usually complain on this platform, but if I found it unpleasant to tell a people who already had armed all (foreign, by the way) "No, look, you can't"… I urge to improve their internal management (if that was what happened and not a matter of a better offer) to offer a decent service. I hope to serve as a warning to the public and not the return to do with anyone.

Good place for the price you pay clean quite good for people with kids.

Even with a miscommunication about providing a crib, the hotel went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. The decor is great, the a/c is cold, and it was a great experience!

Excellent place an excellent family atmosphere attention.

Great comfy room very colourful staff nice. A/c great, room 2 big tv. We had a issue with our door lock and staff where solving it immediately, once door opened as lock no longer work they offered another room immediately.

I can rate this place excellent super comfortable, the service the friendliness of the workers super well :) that's our favorite place every time we go to San Juan del Sur we hope to get there soon :D.

After spending nights in other hotels around Nicaragua, this was by far the best I stayed in for such an amazing price. I was so happy to find such a nice place near the beach. The people were so nice and the hotel was clean and tidy. Plus air conditioning and hot water. Amazing for Nicaragua.

Stayed in small room. No windows facing outside. But several other rooms looked OK on second store. OK breakfast.

Friendly family run hotel with crazy neon under the sea decoration. Good breakfast included and a kitchen for guests to use (if a little sparse).

I loved the kindness of the people all in general I have no complaint saunt I recommend them. A lovely place to spend with families and friends.
