Hospedaje Central Hotel

We really enjoyed our stay in Hospedaje Central, first of all the food was amazing, the staff was also super friendly and always ready to help you with everything you need. We followed the owner very good advice and everything went smooth. We highly recommend this place to chill and feel the positive vibes there.

Super nice staff, delicious food and cheap doubles. The owner is very helpful. Who wants would like to in a great atmosphere to dwell and to spend however much is right here!

Centrally located and very friendly staff. The food served is very fair priced and of quality. Missing some comfy chairs and hammocks to make the stay more confortable. They rent bikes and scooters which is convenient to explore the area.

Nice safe, close to the ferry good food and people, nice showers and everyone was super chill.

This review is only for the restaurant part and not the hostel. The owner was really friendly and helpful and everything is friendly priced. However the staff were quite slow and unfriendly. We ordered veggie burgers and they were among the worst I've ever had. Advertised as with home made bread, surely that's not what they served us. Our drinks arrived after we had finished the food and there were people smoking inside while we were eating.

Amazing place with fantastic staff! The two sister who runs the hostel are really kind and invited us to try out their own plantains and peanut butter. Meal portion are big and tasty, there is no official kitchen but if you by ingredients yourself they will gladly cook for you! Arranging tours was no problem at all it had a really chill vibe to it. If you are looking for a great place to stay, hang out, enjoy great food and drinks, this is the place to go! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Definately my first choice on Isla de Ometepe. Just stayed there for the second time again.

Great hostel, very well placed, well equipped and very clean. The bar/resto offers great food and cocktail at reasonable prices. Always nice music that passes. A very friendly staff and always ready to help.
The ability to rent bike/motorbike/horses directly from the hotel is a real plus.
Finally there are many animals on site, cats, dogs and even deer!
In short a really nice place whether to rest quietly or to meet other people, I recommend!

I booked a room for 4 persons a week in advance. When we arrived the room was occupied by other persons. It was an error. We waited like a few hours to get our room ready. They apologize to purpose apology, don't give you your room and we were very tired. The toilet was always blocked (first time was our fault, but not the second time). Common toilets are always blocked anyway. I also booked the hike of Concepcion with the owner. He did not mention us to bring money for the bus and entrance fee (it was not included in the price). Surprise! And I think they are linked to the sect Ecoovie. That is very bad. Otherwise, it was fine. The hostel belongs to a québécois. I had booked a room for 4 people a week in advance. When I arrived, they had given the room to a family. We had to wait for a family to get back from his day to do the exchange. The poor girl of the home was desolate. Poor family also, because they had a child. There has been no compensation for this apart from a big "excuse me". I spoke with the owner and he was in the air to fuck off, frankly. Very ordinary. We also booked the ascent of the volcano Concepcion with him. It was thought that everything was included but surprise, surprise, not! By chance, a friend had money. He also had to pay the bus and the entrance to the park. Otherwise, the guide was very nice. The water pressure for the showers and the toilet is very average.

Lovely place, nice bartenders and the best burgers and prices on beer in town.
I recommend it to all travelers to.
