Good location, good service, the only detail is that in the reservation I made on the page of the hotel told me a price and already making check in appeared a higher amount.

The lady on her phone and ignoring you that works the front desk is the exact opposite of what you would ever want or expect at your hotel front desk. She is very inconvenienced by your presence and will scoff and roll your eyes when you politely ask new batteries for your air conditioning controller. I've been coming here for 2 years continuously and watched the rates escalate for the same exact room from $25 a night to now $50. I enjoy the cleanliness of the hotel and the proximity to the airport. I've recommended this place to many of my friends and guests and next to never write undesirable reviews, but the lady needs an attitude adjustment as well as the new 100% increase on pricing. I know the owner or a representative will have a more or less sour response about my experiences. But this isn't up for debate. It's an honest review and it's for my fellow hotel guests to know what they're getting into before they book. Sincerely, Josh Hutchison.

The location to the airport was close. It has a twenty-four hour restaurant which could stand to have a few local dishes. The showers were hot and the AC cold. The rooms were clean. The gift shop was also open 24 hours. All in all, a welcome rest stop before heading out on a 4 hour flight.

I stayed here one night prior to an early morning departure from the airport. The hotel is way back in a residential neighborhood so you're not going exploring once you arrive. They have a bar and snacks as well as a gift shop. The rooms are sparse but clean and comfortable. No hot water the night I was there but the cold wasn't too cold so I survived. I think it was $40US for a triple room and $3US for the ride to the airport in the morning. Air conditioning was great. I didn't use the free breakfast but my traveling companions said it was OK.

Great affordable option compared to the Best Western. In a gated community that has a small restaurant and a few small stores. Rooms was modern and very clean. The beds were very comfy and the shower was great. Breakfast had good selection of basic options. Wifi is great They are currently adding more and bigger rooms.

This is a budget friendly, clean and overall very nice looking place to stay at, it is conveniently located very close to the airport which makes it hassle free for late night travelers, it is a safe zone, and on top of that, there's a very economic shuttle that picks you up at the airport for a very reasonable price. The only thing that could be improved is your customer service, I would expect at least a "Good afternoon" or "Good evening" from the staff, I'm not saying they were rude to me, but they could at least look at you while they're assisting you, not only that but it almost feels like you're begging for assistance sometimes, for instance, I asked the lady at the front desk to print my boarding pass for my upcoming returning flight, I asked her what e-mail I should send it to, I had started the conversation in Spanish, being Hispanic, it's only normal to speak Spanish to other native speakers, the old lady with glasses that was next to her who also works at the front desk responded to me in English in a very sarcastic way, to tell you the truth, I think it is very rude to speak to someone in a different language when they clearly speak the same language as you and you're not sure if that person speaks the other language in question, well, I continued the conversation in English, when I e-mailed her my boarding pass, she said: "Okay, I'll call you when it's printed".

The room is very clean, and beds are comfortable. This is a good deal for the price. Very close to the airport. The negative is that the surrounding area is in poor repair and the hotel is of the beaten track far from amenities.

Nice, clean and modern rooms with AC and hot showers. Open 24h, breakfast starts at 4AM, airport dropoff in 5 minutes for 3$. Can't expect better for the price. Highly recommended if you pass through Managua airport and need to sleep nearby.

Not very friendly, overpriced, newer, construction noisy and blowing sand. Open restaurant so mosquitoes have you. Beer is more than twice a block away. I've traveled a lot and never been charged in advance for lodging. Strange paperwork process for meals makes employee and customer uneasy. Nice decor but not warm shower and fixtures all loosely attached.

A place at a good price. Some things like beer is a little high but a nice place. They are Expanding and Paul, I assume, is the owner and paid attention to the details. The place is pleasant to the eyes. I would like to see more Earth friendly ideas, BioDigester for their gas, Solar water heater for the guest room showers, Absorption AC and Refrigeration units to eliminate the electricity costs and a few other things. The room costs might get a little cheaper from the increased profit if they used these ideas. Free publicity possibly from the self sustainable methods of a hotel, ideas. Being a work nut professional retired and teaching on the other coast, this place has inspired me to build on the beach near Bilwi. A great idea you've given me Paul.

Super close to the airport MGA. Pick-up from the airport upon arrival is possible. New hotel for overnight stay at the airport optimal. Friendly staff but not necessarily 100% English speaking. Good breakfast. Recommended and priced reasonable. We would book again.

Our room was nice, comfy beds, no noise and clean. The only thing that was very bad and that for me is very important when making an assessment, was the attention of the service staff. From the receptionist to the maids all unfriendly and rude, not to serve or attend. A pity!

This is a great little hotel. Its a little difficult to find with out help. It is just a clean simple place to stay close to the airport at half the price of the other hotels nearby. They start breakfast at 6am for people with early flights. Last time we stayed we booked online through a 3rd party site and the concierge gave us a sale price when we got there. Great service!

The facilities are very comfortable and is close to the airport but very far from the city of managua, it is difficult to access only in a vehicle, the person of the hotel is a little attentive to just fulfill functions in if my rating is more for the access to the hotel and the customer service.

Close to the airport and better rooms than the Best Western across the street from the airport. I stayed overnight while making a border run. Friendly staff. Downside: it's in a neighborhood with nothing else to see around.

Airport X is a nice, moderately priced hotel close to the airport. The rooms are clean and comfortable which include a/c and warm shower. The beds are so soft! They have a restaurant that is open 24 hours which is so convenient for any late night flights. They have plenty of food options as well. Your stay includes breakfast — eggs (scrambled or boiled) rice and beans, pancakes, cereals, ham, juices and coffee. The wait staff is courteous and helpful. They offer free Wi-Fi but it didn't work well in our room. We had no trouble in the restaurant/lobby area. Bottom line — it is clean, affordable, convenient place to stay.

Uncomfortable because we needed to get on Wi-Fi to keep up with things but the Wi-Fi in our room was broken so we had to hang out in the open, hot and fly-infested lobby. Rooms are small but clean. Bed was uncomfortable.

Pretty cool spot for what it is. The staff are friendly and it's spotless. The rooms are a little small, but hey, this is an overnight kinda place so easy as. The hot shower is epic.

Could ask for better. Was very surprised when they were serving breakfast when I needed to take the shuttle at 4:30am. Half the price of hotel down the street. Staff was also very helpful.

It was sufficient for it's purpose — a place to sleep before an early AM flight. The rooms were clean. I disliked the paper thin walls and sporadic-to-useless Wi-Fi (even though I was directly across from the reception area). Bed — not comfortable. I felt like I was camping with a roof over my head. This is more like a hostel, not a hotel. There are "snacks" for purchase but it's junk food — chips, candy bars, and such. There is a small cafe type place where you can order food, and while the ladies are nice, the food isn't good. I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich which was basically Wonder Bread and a slice of melted "cheese". I suppose some travelers don't care, and this "hotel" would appeal to that crowd. There aren't many alternatives in the area, except those that cost twice as much, and I didn't stay there so I can't compare this to the others. When I come back to Nicaragua, I will avoid this place!

What an ignorant b**** at the front desk. Never met anyone so unwilling to do the job that they are presumably paid to do. I turned around and walked out… cannot bring myself to spend money here.

The rooms are spotless. The food is delicious. The staff is super helpful and friendly. When I made the reservation I thought I was making a huge mistake due to the LOW price. Everyone was reassuring me it is the perfect place when you need sleep. Clean, safe ans secure!

Very close to Airport Rooms are super at a reasonable price. We have written an email, whether you can pick us up at the airport, has also worked well. Also the demand whether we could store things out of our luggage there was no problem and worked best by email!
Great hotel, recommended!

This hotel is a great value especially considering the price of the rooms. This hotel is very modern and has all the amenities that one misses while staying in hostels for 2 months. That being said, the customer service and staff as a whole have a snail up their garden. The hotel is very clean and has 24 hour service including a small restaurant serving EDIBLE food at anytime. Other then the poor response and attitudes of the staff I would highly recommend this place especially when using the Managua Airport.

The rooms are small and simple but very clean! Staff was very very helpful. Hotel is beautiful and very enjoyable if you are looking to get away from your standard chain hotels. Don't be afraid when your taxi turns down a tiny dirt road towards nowhere because you are heading to a hidden gem.

I really like the rooms. They are spacious and comfortable. TV, internet, air-conditioning, breakfast, nice lobby, close to the airport. The staff speak English and are very helpful, I definitely recommend this hotel. If you are arriving at the airport, arrange to have them pick you up or take a taxi, because I think it would be difficult to find if you don't know where it is.

Great place to stay. The staff was very polite and spoke excellent English. The room was nicely done and spotless. Breakfast was great. The airport is so close, I was able to pick up on their Wi-Fi. I highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect. We arrived late on a spirit flight and were stressed about finding a place. We booked online, they picked us up from the airport, and the place is spotless… they helped us with currency exchange and spoke English. It made the usual most stressful day of international travel easy and pleasant.
