Superb facilities, very modern and clean, good variety of accommodation offerings, excellent value for money.

Phoned this place at the last minute, fantastic wee place, so clean, and accommodating — highly recommend giving this ago if you are moteling, camping or in a camper — great facilities would definitely go back.

The ideal place to stay close, walking distance, to town and all the wonderful attractions. Immaculate grounds and facilities and helpful staff. Plenty of room for our 7m camper and very quiet and restful. We will return in the future for sure.

Great camping site with well equipped camp kitchens and amenities. Very helpful staff and can do special deals with Milford Sound and accommodation. Best to ask about the VIP deal.

Great toilet facilities, powered sites that can accommodate a Car and Caravan.

This is the best camping ground that I encountered so far. Me and my family of 5 came by a campervan. The lake view was of course beautiful. The facilities here are so new and clean. There is laudry room and plenty of space for us to dry our clothes. The kitchen is new and very clean. The toilets and bathrooms are by far the best as heaters are installed, even the floor is warm. It is extremely clean and showers are great too.

The lake's right of front of you, Mountains to the left, it's the perfect placement for weekend getaways. Inexpensive pricing, but would recommend booking in advance. Many opportunities, in the way of Accommodation. Only criticism is the dated look, but who really cares? It was cheap!

The room itself was excellent. Beautiful views, just as advertised. The hallways were frigid cold in the winter and the bathrooms weren’t checked often enough. Very close to a lot of excellent sites though.

A great campsite right by the lake. The grass was flat and easy for pegging, the amenities were nice and clean and the price was worth it. Definitely a good stop if you want the extra services.

Absolutely amazing! The staff are incredibly friendly and so helpful. The facilities are clean and well maintained. This is the best site we have stayed at so far throughout our 2 week adventure. We couldn't be happier with our choice to stay here and will certainly be recommending to family and friends who plan to visit Te Anau.

Clean cabin. The common area was nice. Wi-Fi was essentially nonexistent — a bummer for us, because we were trying to get some work done on the laptops after dark. Should have known better, but they advertised Wi-Fi so we gave it a shot. But it really is just a camp site with couches and showers. Probably great for camper vans and such. Also, we were there in May and it was uncomfortably cold in the cabins, even with the heater turned on. Bring an extra blanket.

Great location handy to the lake. Friendly helpful staff. Clean and comfy room. Bathroom/toilet were nice and clean especially for well used facilities. The only thing I could fault was that there was no mugs or cuttelery in our room, despite there being a jug & toaster provided. Will definitely be back again thanks.

Great location and very clean kitchen and amenities. The rooms were clean but a little small for 4 travellers and bags. All staff were friendly and helpful. Not too far to walk into town for a feed and right on the doorstep of some nice mountain bike trails. We found this an excellent place to base ourselves while self-driving Milford Sound and surrounds.

There are two kitchens that are large enough for the place, but the dining area is a bit too small. Unfortunately, there are also few power outlets around mobile phones or the like. To load.
The toilets are clean and, like the showers, very numerous.
The place itself makes a very well-groomed impression overall and, especially important for tents, there are shadows.

Great place, spacious and close to the lake. Camping was nice under trees. Could do with another kitchen block as a bit crowded, but was peak times. Be careful on the road with little kids as drivers don't slow down!

A wonderful and family friendly camping grounds. Handy to the lake. A bit of a hike to town however. Although it rained half a day the kids were able to utilize the communal TV area and dinning room. One of the kitchens were well supplied with utensils and cooking equipment. The showers have great pressure but the temperature was inconsistent any time of the day. But overall, we will book again without hesitation.

Room was efficient, nice to park right next to room. Bathroom entrances facing our room were closed, so we had to walk around the building to get to the other bathroom entrances. Convenient location. Kitchens were good sized, but no common resources such as utensils, plates, cups, bowls.

Nice location, interesting style of the whole Hotel Park (haven't been in a similar place), very nice and comfy bed.
Things I didn't like: no any kitchen accessories, you won't find even a spoon here. In the room we had electric kettle, but there were no cups. It's a nonsence, that you must buy all the dishes if you want to use a kitchen. If you aware of the thieves, you can provide plastic cups or smth. Another misunderstanding was free Wi-Fi with 500 Mb internet limit. Fir the first day, everything worked well. But for the second — internet dissapeared and gave me error message, that my limit is over. I thought, that 500 Mb is given for a day, but not for a stay. I couldn't exceed 500 Mb limit on the 2nd day, because I had uploaded just 2 or 3 pictures into Facebook and internet limit was over. Nonsence.

Booked via campermate — $32 for 2 person in a campervan. Clean and tidy facilities. The largest kitchen ever had, and have a nice view for dining.

We spent two nights here in our campervan. Lovely view overlooking the lake and the ground has lots of flowers and trees, so even if it was very busy you wouldn't feel like your on top of each other. Its an easy, flat ten minute walk into town along the side of the lake and the town has lots of eateries, supermarket and shops. Facilities are spotlessly clean and showers are hot. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay. Price is very good.

We arrived in Te Anau with no where to stay and headed straight for Top 10 after staying at others around New Zealand. We weren't disappointed. Hannah and the other lady of reception (sorry I've forgotten her name) were more than helpful for our 2 night stay. Our self contained room was clean and nicely decorated with beautiful views of the snow capped mountains. The kids (and husband) loved the kids play room with race car game and the current addition of 2 lambs to feed kept the kids busy. The cheap bike hire for the kids (and adults too) is a fabulous idea also. Our tour to Milford Sound also departed from here making things so much easier. The park is across the road from the Lake and easy walk to town with a great playground on the way to entertain the kids. Thanks for a great stay.

We stayed for a night after leaving Milford Sound in a powered campervan site. The girls at front desk were very friendly and suggested putting us next to the kids play park since we were traveling with young kids. The play park was well maintained and our kids loved it. The facilities for cooking and eating dinner were well thought out and very clean. Family bathroom was a nice surprise, with a spacious room and bath tub too! This park is very well run and maintained, highly recommended for families in a campervan. One of the best we have stayed in on our NZ adventure. Te Anau was a nice surprise stopover, Thanks!

Great powered campsite. Clean facility. Staff are awesome and so helpful. They suggested nice activities. Great experience.

Receptionist friendly and very helpful. We stayed a couple of nights in a family cabin. We had a campervan which they allowed us to park and charge up for the night. Cabin was clean warm and comfortable. The facilities are kept to a reasonable standard considering the high flow of campers using them. We loved the family bathroom with a young baby this was a lifesaver and she enjoyed the walrus bath tub! We loved the whole park and would love to return and stay again one day!

Staff were friendly and helpful from the first phone call when we told them we would be late arriving. Stayed in one of the cabins, it was basic, but had all we required for one night, including linens and towels. The heater in the room was more than adequate for the size of room. Bathroom facilities were warm and very clean, there was even a hairdryer available. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Great affordable accommodation with comfortable, clean rooms. Be warned though, kitchen is not stocked, you have to bring your own utensils etc. This was not made clear to me and caused some inconvenience. Otherwise, great stay and friendly staff!

The best lark I stayed in, with top notch service. Close to Milford Sounds. 2 hour drive. Shops close by also.

We stayed in the newly renovated rooms and they were great bang for buck! Really clean, modern, can't complain.

Nice place, with nice rooms. Negatives are poor Wi-Fi with 100mb daily limit and ridiculously overpriced hot tub ($20/person for an hour)

We had a Matai Queen room, which was at the newly renovated block. The room was spacious and could fit 2 x full sized luggages, opened up, with no issue. The shower had good water pressure and consistent hot water. The radiator was working well, and bed was comfortable. The place is a short walk to the main town center, and an even shorter drive. At night, save for a few streetlights, the place was dark enough to enjoy the stars in the night sky. We did the hot tubs right out front of the place, and it was rather nice. Perhaps it was the room location, but we could not seem to log in to the Wi-Fi network.

Everything you could ask for a comfortable stay with close access to the lake and town centre.

We stayed for 2 nights in a non ensuite room which I was a bit concerned about not having our own bathroom. However, the room was extremely clean, comfortable & well presented with a toilet a few doors away. The shared amenities blocks is super clean & well looked after. Helpful & friendly staff & value for money. Hot tip — book in for the private hot tubs overlooking the lake. Overall a wonderfully presented park & would recommend to all travellers.

Lovely place to stay, with a good choice of accommodation depending on budget. I've stayed here a few times in cabins and motels. Close to the town centre and the lake.

Tent site very small, if your tent is bigger then a car you will not fit, but showers super modern, good kitchen.

The best Top 10 in all of south island new zealand. Reception very helpful and kind, very informative. Facilities where immaculate, clean, best showers we had the whole time while in our travels. Very must place to stay. The reception are great to help you book your tours. :).

A very warm, friendly and great welcome by Anne of Te Anau reception makes our family trip full of cheerful after a lengthly travel and tiring trip from Riverton to Manapouri and end up at Te Anau Top 10 Holiday park. Although initially was still wondering if we wanting to go to Lake View Holiday Park. Thanks Anne for your hospitalities and helpful with your "sweet' smiles. Besides, this site is marvelous, with the cleanliness, great and well upkeep wash rooms where my kids 1st impression was "WAH", just like those commercial golf course standard where it is bright, clean, neat and moreover with songs being play to cheer-up the wonderful washing time and during easing ourself. The facilities here are well maintain and observe everybody who use this did fell the same until all are able to make sure it is being clean after use and making sure the later will enjoy the same. Location wise is wonderful with this quiet city and cited besides the Te Anau Lake with wonderful gardens. Cheers Anne, while I am writing and completing my trip story, you will be the one who I will always remember together with Max, who make our stay here unforgetful. This is camparatively with others I have stay so long for 12 days here in NZ together with some of the travellers who I met that we share our experience along the journey. We spent a night on the campsite, with a tent. On lawn. With most tent sites occupied, it felt a bit crowded. The facilities are very good, though.
