Good sports bar, friendly staff good food and selection of beers.

Attended work function here. It cold so more heaters were brought into function room. When someone went to the bathroom and used hand dryer, everyone in room could hear it and missed something speaker said due to noise. Otherwise it was fine.

Had a bar meal while watching the rugby — decent pub grub and a convivial atmosphere — plus a really big car park for truckies.

A budget hotel. Staff are friendly and facilities adequate. Decor C. 1975.

Am a truck driver an getting in late after a long day, with a hot meal waiting, hot shower an comfortably room. Couldn't ask for anything more. Thank you.

Don't know about the hotel but they have sports and Garden bar.

Rooms have been painted and still a good place for accommodation And food and drink in one place.

Right were do I start… booked online and as I was finishing the booking it came up as the room is no longer available so I rebooked and paid via visa then that time it was all booked, then I got a phone call to say we had double booked and once we got to the accommodation the lady would not believe the email saying we had already paid and had to pay again. She then said we would get a refund if it was true that we had double paid. After phone calls and emails we still have not had any replays via phone or emails. Very disappointed and will never deal with them again. As for paying double for a terrible room with no shower or toilet and never had anything done since the 70s.

Unless u dont mind it rough — try elsewhere. Paint hanging off ceilings, everything old and grubby looking, very shabby, poorly maintained. Would rather spend a bit extra for something decent.

This aging and somewhat shabby hotel is a steal of a deal. Close to the airport on the safe side of town its an experience worth every cent. Bargain for a night or two. Check the heating is off in your room or you will be dry roasted. Great if its sub zero outside. Brilliant!

It's ok toilets are in bad condition in the bar and need some very needed attention.

Cheap and rundown. Needs either a bulldozer or a heap of money spent on it. Good sized meals.

Very old, run down hotel. DO NOT TAKE THE LIFT (very scary experience in there). Over priced, beds were old and incredibly uncomfortable. A huge disappointment for the price.

Not a lot of choices to choose from on the menu very expensive disgusting meal that had been put in the pie warmer cause the dottery old waitress couldn't remember who had ordered it, and consequently had an argument with the "chef" about it that was actually really loud. Dottery old waitress did offer me a complementary wine after she asked me how my meal was, I was honest.

Meanest steak ever! I recommend the garlic sauce.
