5*+ So impressed with Star Victoria Apartments. They have cancelled my booking for free, even though my original booking was 'a non cancellation'. Since the Supercars have been postponed till later in the year we will definitely be rebooking then as well as in the future.

My stay at the apartment in April 2020 had to be cancelled due to COVID-19. They initially refused to refund the booking fee, which came as a shock. But after a long trail of emails back and forth, the apartment finally agreed to refund. But this was back on the 23rd of March. It has now been more than 2 months, still no refund, and their landline phone and mobile appear to be disconnected… Not responding to my emails either. This has been such an arduous experience dealing with them, and frankly, I don't know what else to do.
