Standard motel setup. Clean and Tidy. Welcoming staff.

Clean, tidy, reasonably priced, and handy to restaurants and ASB show grounds. I would be happy to stay there again.

Booked accommodation, to be placed in a room that was connected to office with only a normal non sound proof doors. The room seemed to be rushly made and could have been confrance room? Very noisy toilet was moving around when sitting on.

Easy to find — easy to shop for groceries if needed — wonderful staff — comfortable beds — safe parking. Excellent!

We have stayed at Greenlane Manor Motel on several occasions — most recently this week, and will continue to come back when requiring accommodation in Auckland. The units are spotlessly clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the downstairs rooms are very quiet and spacious. Thank you!

Greenlane Manor Motel Auckland New Zealand Very nice woman at check in helped me check in and helped me figure out where to head for food and best ways to get transit about. She also offered me a glass/carton of milk. New Zealand likes milk. In my room, which was very clean and a good size there was a great booklet of local attractions and restaurants. It is located near a train station and near shops and restaurants. In the room I had an electric tea kettle, fridge, dishes, cups, silverware, microwave, toaster and instant coffee and tea. The location, at least my room was a bit noisy as it is near a road. Warning: Limited front desk hours, a maximum daily MB limit on Wi-Fi Overall I would stay here again and would recommend it.

I had the pleasure of staying with these guys and I must say they are the best motel I have used in my life! The staff are just excellent, catering to everything you need and will help you no matter what. The prices are great and their motel is tidy, nicely furnished and in a great spot. There is no down side!

I loved the perfect cleanliness and the well provisioned rooms. Under floor heating in winter is a great bonus. This is a very well run hospitality business in every respect.

Absolutely fabulous place to stay, well appointed, the underfloor heating is awesome. I don't normally sleep well when I'm away but having an awesome sleep. Pete and Wendy are friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend.

Terrific friendly staff, even the cleaners will say Hi as they go about their work day. The underfloor heating through the kitchen and bathroom is so welcoming. The room is nicely furnished and ample in size. I even had my luggage taken up to my upstairs room. Hard to find that sort of service in a motel these days. I'm more than happy to be returning for a second stay.

Greenlane Manor Motel is, without hesitation, our first choice of accommodation when travelling to Auckland. I am particularly fussy when it comes to cleanliness and without fail, this motel is consistently perfect with regards cleanliness, along with wonderful staff, tasteful decor, reasonable prices, handy location — just everything really! I am actually very grateful to this Motel as I know what to expect when I book — and I have never once been let down. Thank you.
