Nice friendly staff just need more lighting in the room. All the lights were extremely dim. I like bright lights.

Poor value for money, run-down motel, only good for it's location to Auckland central and Newmarket.

Really enjoyed my stay and I would differently go back again.

Got room with Spa as a gift once, now I visit there often :) Clean and cosy, friendly staff.

Stayed here on Air NZ due to flight cancellation. Was ok, was clean, had air con and bed was comfy.

Very small rooms, rooms poorly maintained and barely cleaned. Dirty sheets absolutely disgusted in having to sleep in a blankets/sheets with stains on it.

Horrible, greedy service and treatment. We checked out after 5pm and phoned the hotel at 7pm to advise our flight was cancelled. Asked if we could come back to our room which was paid for. Was told YES, just get the key at reception. Paid for a taxi, drove all the way back to Epsom and when we arrived the room had been given to someone else.

Room wasn't ready when we arrived mid afternoon. Chipped cutlery. Stove so outdated that you couldn't figure out the temperature. Holes in doors and walls. We were in a room upstairs the railing outside was not sturdy really unsafe If you had children. Steps up to the room wobble. Avoid at all cost.

Black mould in bathroom shower and windows. A health Hazzard! Peeling paint on ceiling in the shower. Can see daylight through the door. Dirty cabinets and floor. Cleanliness not good at All. Needs to be refurbished and repainted. Cabinet in bathroom chipped. Paint chipped here and there. Little court Yard had cobweb's and smoke butts. Yukkkkkkk.

Falsely leads you along saying room booked and payed for with MasterCard. Turn up on site staff ask for $100 bond I refused and was still charged for room what a rip off avoid this place.

Clean and tidy rooms with small kitchenette, friendly staff and on-site parking spots.

Very shabby, but fairly clean. Desperately needs renovation. Really not up to scratch for a central location motel.

Friendly staff but unfortunately the room needed more cleaning old food caked onto the kitchen bench, oven handle broken all the window latches where broken some window where screwed shut, door handles falling off. Bedding had stains in it, and one wall had some unknown white substance on the surface, 1 wall had been plastered up but not sanded or painted. Very dirty and un-maintained and out dated rooms.

This place was Disgusting! My 2yr old and I were attacked by bed bugs! Was not clean and the family room is not family friendly at all as its upstairs and the rails on the deck are extreamly unsafe. Oven was unuseable. So yuck! Do not stay here ever!

Not so good rooms and also they only provide 250MB free Wi-Fi. Not satisfied with guest services. You can drop the key early if you want to check out early before 8 but you will not get deposit refund before 8 that means if you have to catch your flight before 8 you have to forgo your deposit as well.

Disgusted! Full refund required after my daughter found a quantity of Methamphetamine hidden inside of the room. Police were notified and so was the front desk. Manger did not take much concern, after much discussion we were finally allowed a refund. 100% Do Not Recommend!

It's decent, you get what you pay for. Beds are pretty good pillows thin and a bit uncomfortable. Ungodly fan noise every so often that drives you to madness.

Rude people to deal with and left us stranded at 8pm at night after a long flight. Don't trust them. Book somewhere else.

Clean rooms, decent Wi-Fi. Good location too, close to shops/restaurants.

Spa pool was great but room was dated. Could do with a reno. Friendy desk staff.

Stayed 5 nights for business, good location for walking to Broadway, food places within a block, easy transport nearby. Clean and tidy, friendly staff, very reasonable rates, would stay again.

No idea they took my money and still no room. Dont ever use venere or rayland epsom hotel.
