Beach bungalow at the top, nice welcome, very good restaurant, superb beach! small downside: a lot of salty breakfast and low Wi-Fi. But this does not detract from the fact that we have a great family stay and will come back with pleasure!

The service long enough, too much waiting between courses. A lot of forgetting as the bread. No spirit initiative to propose the wine-making menu … The waitresses not enough listening to the client to limit have to force them to come to us… It is a pity…

Very friendly staff, we were well received, a stay, very relaxed, very quiet even at night, maid service very efficient. Sunday morning a buffet hearty with fruits of the season. We came to noumea to rest and it is successful, we will return and this is the second time.

Very nice setting especially with sea views. The bungalow is very good, very comfortable litterie. The staff are welcoming and warm. The breakfast buffet is full (salty, sweet…). I recommend the Tieti Hotel.

Great facility. The beach bungalows are the most beautiful. One falls from the terrace into the water. We were there in winter, it was very quiet and the water was still pleasant. The ladies at the reception were very nice and funny.

For a hotel that is part of the "GRANDS HOTELS" of Caledonia, there is work to be "big". Room more or less (especially less) clean. Correct restoration but very average service. Go your way if you can.

Way. Our room was in bad condition… wall that goes into pieces, tasks on ceiling, bathroom idem… positive point considering the condition of the room. When I went to see them they placed us in a bungalow. There's better on the island.

Very nice setting, however some small details could be corrected to make the experience even more enjoyable (latte around the broken pool, make the rooms…) in short the little classic problems that one meets more or less all the time in NC.

I'm the caledonian, the spot is beautiful, the NC also but this hotel is a disgrace, an insult to the hotel, the bungalow damaged and not maintained and poorly cleaned. The Staff is lost delivered to him. Managers never there when the Director Mr Fog-John Bernard is a last one on earth, no goodwill gesture, a meal served cold with 2H of delay, be it you an invoice in your back on your fingerprint card. A shame! A good tip is to not stay there and not prefer the Sheraton, Bétikure or the great south! Don't waste your money at the Tiéti hotel is on the End, they are force-fed on the back of the caledonians. In short to avoid!

Too bad to have such a beautiful spot and that it does not follow behind. Despite the smiles and kindness of all the girls, an evening buffet that does not suit people not liking too much fish, cold, and morning the same cold and fat! Tables without cutlery. The midii a meal à la carte expensive for what it is and as said above the service not top despite the kindness (forgotten aperitif, ketchup arrived at the end of the meal) and still cold! The snack menu looked pretty good but we were not offered it because arrived at the table at noon 45 c pity not to offer the snack formula of office! The burgers looked more controlled than the steak;) Finally good I hope you will take the reviews positively because you have an exceptional site!

Park very well maintained, congratulations to the gardeners … next time bungalow at the water's edge… unfortunately road territorial too close with madmen at the wheel day and night… adios serenity… Staff to the top to eat… good bedding … beautiful and clean pool…

The welcome is limited pleasant 2pm it's 2pm not before and we are sent for a walk without even looking if the room is ready! (The hotel is far from everything, it would be nice to understand that some people are driving a lot so a little understanding at 20min ready would have been appreciated)
The very succinct cleaning with cobwebs in the room, traces of toothpaste on the wall, lack of room service, mini bar.
Bathroom products not very good the shampoo drying the hair so think about taking your products (the complete kit because apart from a soap, shower gel and shampoo there is nothing else)
The food is good but very few choices both in the restaurant and at the breakfast buffet
However many activities proposed which is appreciable (although not tested so rates and qualities of these impossible to qualify)
Wholesale small bush hotel in my opinion a little expensive for the services offered but that allows to rest if you decide to take a tour of the north of Caledonia!

Not a great location but probably one of the best solution in this area.

One of our best Hotels in NC. Rooms are spaceful and clean, Pool is nice and Bar comfy. Absolutly TOP is Food, which they serve in the Restaurant. Yummi… Only one bad thing: Beach is not really good to swim, there is many wood and leaves on the beach. I can recomment to stay there.

Good hotel but a bit pricey in my opinion. For this price I expected a lot more attention to details. The restaurant is not very good, we ordered an apple pie with a speculoos ice cream but actually got a outdated pistachios one. Awful experience. The hotel offered it fortunately but I was disappointed. The air conditioning did not work for hours, the staff had to come in the room 10 times to fix it. Otherwise the bungalow was nice and clean. The pool is ok. The location on the beach is very good.

We had a lovely beachfront bungalow with excellent views! On our last night, around 4:00 am, an intruder tried to get into our unit by trying to force open the wooden sliding doors. We were woken with a start and my husband had to charge the man off, NOT a great experience! We reported to the front desk, who with very little interest, said she would tell the manager. Overall the day-staff were very unfriendly, rude and dismissive. Especially if you did not speak French. The food, coffee and cocktails were very disappointing, to say the least. Night time teams were much better and the food a much better effort. Most of the staff needs training and sent on barista and cocktail making courses, learning how to deal with "foreigners" and overall customer service improvement. We have tried to phone the hotel manager, regarding the intruder, thus far after 3 calls, they have not answered the Hotel phone.

I was disappointed as I was expecting top service and did not get it (lots of space for improvement everywhere — breakfast being a ablatant one and the overpriced snorkeling trips being another), in other words, the prices are not justified. But the hotel has the merit of being there and it is pretty much the only choice around. The walks in and discussions within the tribus were definitely the highlights.
