We had to wait for one hour to get our meal and 12 course got 11 courses. No apology and they even think we are unreasonable. Bad service and bad feeling, totally ruined a sunny day. We explicitly told them we have to leave at 9, and we entered at 7:30, and imagine we got our last course at 8:50. This is just bad. Moreover, they don’t care about anyone, we are just tourists and we may not go there anymore. Guess what, I will never go there anymore.
