Very quiet and relaxing environment, no executive lounge, but very good breakfast and ambiance…

We find it very relaxing, peaceful and close to the nature. Restaurant is excellent.
Food is very affordable. I cannot complain with the huge portions. Waitresses were very friendly. We will comeback soon. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel, about a 20 min. Bike ride to the small town. Not too much around, but there are a few restaurants you can walk to if you don’t want to ride a bike or drive. Breakfast and dinner at the hotel was great and the staff were very friendly.

I’m glad husband discovered this hotel after making our research for a fabulous stay in The Netherlands. All the amenities we were searching for are here and more. We were constantly in awe and we will definitely come back. It’s totally worth our money and much more! Our kids said it’s one of the nicest hotels we’ve ever been so there you go, Hilton Royal, you’ve got young satisfied customers. Thank you to the very friendly and approachable staff. We also had fun with this girl in the bar who had an American accent. She’s funny and entertaining. And we actually took great recommendations from a gentle woman in the restaurant so we went and we surprisingly had a marvelous discovery. Staff are actually too friendly to the point of being tolerating to rude clients who take advantage of their friendliness. We have witnessed a woman who kept on hoarding all the breads to feed her brood and asking for more from the kitchen and yet the staff kept their composure and professionalism. Bravo! Overall we had an immense and relaxing time at Hilton Royal Parc Soestduinen. It’s a great find.

A nice weekend retreat! Loved the newly renovated rooms! And the surroundings! And the friendly staff!

Even thought it was in the middle of being refurbished our stay couldn’t have been more comfortable. Enjoyed all of the facilities to the full.

⭐️The location & the hotel Parc was great, he rooms were clean & neat. … The small remark is their internet connection — it needs to be empowered. I would love to go there again.

Staff are very friendly. Although secluded, it is a refreshing stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Only issue was the Wi-Fi at times, but we got through it alright. Looking forward to going there again.

Very friendly staff. Had a lovely dinner outside. Big rooms with balcony. Leisure facilities great with good pool to swim in not just play in. Good Gym. I had a wellness treatment which was well worth the money. Overall Nice place to stay. It will probably be even better after the renovation that start in August. We shall come back when it's all finished.

Doesn't feel like a Hilton, the hotel really needs renovations. Facilities such as the pool/spa are great. Curious to see the hotel after the renovations which are comming in august '18 aparantly…

Spent two nights at this Hilton. It’s a spa hotel so amenities are good. Swimming pool and the chill vibe of the hotel is good. Location is central to the Netherlands so a good base if you have a car and you don’t want the hustle and bustle of Amsterdam. The only downside for us was the breakfast. Poor selection. Poor taste. Waited 30 minutes to get scrambled eggs. Came just as we left. The decor is dated but still okay for a couple of nights.

Peaceful location, surrounded by pleasant countryside. The bar and restaurant can be a little empty at times, so not really a lively place, but certainly pleasant and relaxing. Pool area is very nice. Recommended for a lazy weekend away, or a business venue. Not so much for excitement. There is a golf course the too, if that's your thing.

Since of the happiest and friendliest staff I've ever encountered. The hotel itself is well appointed with an on site restaurant, bar and gym. Walking trails surround the forest and dunes behind the hotel. The rings we're fairly standard but the food was good.

The hotel looks generous from the entrance, but the room with its furnishings seems to be 20 years old.
The restaurant makes a very promising impression, but mitcder menu I could not start anything. From the name on the map you didn't know what you would eventually get. In principle, there were fancy names, lump sum for €10, divided into vegetarian, fish, meat and dessert. I decided on a cheese platter, the name plate at 3 corners, 2x3 cm seems to me somewhat exaggerated.
Am really disappointed.

Average at best Hilton hotel. As Diamond got upgraded to a better room (one with golfcourt view), and two drink vouchers. Rooms felt dated and overall service mediocre. Small swimming pool and gym (also used by locals), average breakfast. We did not went to hotel for dinner but an Italian restaurant nearby. Best thing about the hotel was the beautiful nature nearby. We actually hiked to the hotel.

Good food and area. Service, hospitality and cab service was not awesome so 4 star.

Really large rooms, relatively large Parking but outside. Pool hot and really nice. Little Gym. Very nice to rest. I would definitely go back for a long weekend in peace.

Great hotel with superb customer service. Rooms are spacious and good housekeeping. All in all a great place to stay, thoroughly recommended.

Unfortunately, I’ve had to stay here over multiple Christmas holidays, due to family living nearby. The bottom line is that it’s a poor hotel, pretending to be a Hilton. The level of service is pathetic, the facilities are basic and food is appalling. Christmas morning this year, it was impossible to get coffee with breakfast. Further, we were shunted into a temporary dining area one floor up, with half the available food and no waiter service for the first half of our meal. And a broken coffee machine. Staff cleared plates while we were attempting to eat from them and took cups before we had finished our drinks. Complaints to the manager did nothing and the service at the front desk actually disimproved — our card keys stopped working twice and each time, the staff implied it was my fault. No apologies for any shoddy aspect of our stay. The staff in this hotel imply that you’re lucky to be here. I suggest they visit a few hotels internationally to see what real service is like. The entire place reflects very badly on the Hilton Hotel brand.

Hotel really poorly located, right in the middle of a wood, nothing to do around.

The restaurant is really expensive, it eats well but not exceptional (frozen fries in a gastro…)
On the other hand, the breakfast is excellent, very copious, and varied.
Big black dot, work in the Spa at the time of our coming… we really got bored.

Rooms were great in terms of bed and facilities. The breakfast was wonderfully to, and that all for a very reasonable price. I most definately will stay again, if the opportunity arises. They have a pool to, which I didn't have a chance to try out, but there are lots of outdoor facilities here to.

A great Hotel and very friendly employees. The Hotel has free Parking spaces and it has a perfect and quiet position. If you want to go to The Hague or Rotterdam you're driving 40 Minutes +/ — and to Amsterdam you also just need 40-50 Minutes. The receptionist was really friendly and I got a room even I arrived before the Check-In time. The rooms are small and very basic (Flatscreen, Bed and some closets). Unfortunatly the Televisions seem to interrupt in other rooms because our Channels changed even though the remote wasn't even near me. A supermarket and some other shops are in the small city of soest-zuid. You have to drive 10 Minutes to the city. You have a great view over the Golffield and the hotel also offers a lot of wellness. The swimming pool is huge and nice. The food in the restaurant also was great. 5/5 Stars, would visit again.

Very nice short weekend spent. Great service.

Great facilities for the whole family. The children could enjoy the swimming pool, the pool table, the small golf game and the children's kicker. The only downfall was the evening dinner — it took too long and the courses were very small (5 small ravioli as an adult dish is hardly a dish). Gym was great.

The rooms are a bit old but the common areas of the hotel are OK.

Great friendly staff, excelent parking, and a very cozy beautiful bar area. In the rooms the bathrooms are excellent and the balcony is a nice addition.

A place for relaxation and for enjoying the surroundings and the nature. Dinner in the hotel is very pricey and the food nothing special. It took hours for the food to arrive. If you stay in the hotel don't eat there; your pockets will be empty as well as your stomach.

Quiet, very friendly. Almost everything on the Hilton level. Room cleaning is very capricious, dust will only be wiped out in the middle. Towels, even on the floor would not be changed 2 Times. Easy to discard.

Quiet and pleasant, clean, only black point of finding a person speaking French.

Great Restaurant, the pool is superb. So I didn't have time to enjoy the outdoors. Great reception. I'll come back without hesitation.

Clean, quiet and friendly staff… again!

We have visited this hotel every April for 5 days for the last 4 years. There's usually a good group of us due to our sons playing for Swindon Town FC Academy who come out on tour! We love this personable hotel with wonderful facilities and staff. They even set up their table tennis table in another room for us. The men love the golf, the women love the gym and spa and nothing is ever too much trouble for the staff. The grounds are we'll kept too. We recommend the Hilton Burger on the bar menu… always a must have.

Rooms are a bit old fashioned, but clean. Very quite area with large free parking. There's a fitness area in the basement of the left wing, including a rather nice pool. Restaurant as well as a bar that also serves a selection of very decent dishes. Friendly staff. Breakfast with good choice of hot and cold.

My favourite destination in Utercht. Simply perfect.

Beautiful hotel with fabulous pool, surrounded by a park with golf course, great for those who go to amsterdam with car is out of town about 40 km. Council. Staff friendly and breakfast abundant and rich.

Very unloving care. We were with a tour group there and were neatly handled. Missing was not populated but from the next table. Also Material from the rooms was even on demand is not provided. Never again.

A bit disappointed with my room as a Diamond member I was expecting more. No mini bar or executive lounge. Quite expensive too. Radiator constantly had air in it despite my daily calla about it. Probably wouldn't stay here again.

Been here a couple of times, turns worse over time. Last visit: Noisy room, shower with no real pressure and 30 euro fee for bringing my dog. Way to expensive for what you get.

Nice clean hotel with normal facilities; nothing really special but affordable compared to the provided facilities and breakfast. Recommended stay if you're playing golf around here.

Vicinity in which the hotel is situated is one of the best in the Netherlands. Rooms are spacious with lots of amenities. The restaurant fell short of being really first-rate, but it was more than adequate. The staff is above average in terms of support, friendliness and happiness. If the weather had been better it would have been even nicer.
