We stayed in a de luxe room. The rooms have one connecting double door to the room next door. Neither those doors nor the walls are sound proof. The couple next door were at it all night. Not only does the sound transfer, all the action with beds against the shared wall do too. A complaint with management did not land. One sleepless night at €130.

The rooms were fine, but there were very few trash cans and simple water and a sandwich were way overpriced.

What a lovely hotel. The staff go the extra mile, to make your stay memorable. Food in the restaurant, is excellent. The rooms are comfortable, and very clean. Well worth a visit.

Just a class hotel, with the nicest staff you could ask for, the hotel is fantastic, with a very good restaurant.

Very pleasant reception and service. The rooms are well equipped and modern. It is smart for idea to get daylight into the bathroom through a disc in the rest of the room. The gym is a disappointment though. A Elipsentrainer, a multimachine that has experienced its best days a few years ago, as well as a rowing machine and a punching bag (gloves are available at the reception.

For the price it has leaves a lot to be desired.

It's my first time in Netherlands and this miniature tour is excellent but its cold outside.

Nice and clean hotel with multilingual personnel. The noises between the rooms is cancelled nicely.

Only for business, bad location for sightseeing.

The room is OK. But was not aired. The restaurant is a Kazastrophe: air conditioning as in the USA at 10 degrees. Staff is friendly but helpless.
Order bread, soup, burgers.
Soup is coming. Cutlery spoon not covered (despite 10 min and little loose) spoon ordered. Soup now (because of the Airco) lukewarm. Operation increases and the staff is visibly uebrrfordert. After 30 minutes I canceled the burger and fezahlt.
Conclusion: I will not stay here Nehr. Don't eat either. So again find other Jotel.

Room was not clean. We complained and asked for it to be cleaned. Then it was better but still not perfect. Swimming pool, gym and sauna in basement! Enjoyed that!

Hotel was booked full cause of the holidays. Rooms are clean but hotel is quite noisy. Breakfast buffet is standard but good quality. And the coffee machine makes a decent capuccino. Service is friendly.

Zo schoon en klinisch als een restaurant in een hotel kan zijn. Goed te bereiken vanaf de snelweg. Veel parkeerplaatsen. Vriendelijk personeel. Eten voor de lunch was niet bijzonder. Het dessert was beter.

Fletcher could very well get my full five stars, if only the staff at the bar were not so extremely slow…

I was only there for an event. The room was nice, clean, spacious and comfortable.

And not only does the sound transfer, all the action too with the beds in both rooms up against the shared wall. It was awful!

We checked in at midnight, the process was very fast and they even let us re-heat our dinner even though the kitchen was already closed.

Very pleasant place, even though finding the 'elevator' entrance to drag suitcases up to the lobby, is kind of tricky. The latest remodeling shows a nice terrace outside to relax. The kitchen improved drastically, better food, better choices and above all, great employees in the bar and restaurant area. Petra and Remy are the toppers there.

Had a training here in one of the conference room. The wall TV's need to be replaced with newer HD models, because the presentation on the TV was terrible to view. Lunch was good, tho.

This is more of a Hotel to forget. In the Restaurant you will be served veeeery slowly, most of the items were destroyed by the cooking with Majonese.

TYhe professionalism and friendliness on the phone is not what you would expect from a hotel like Mercure. Making a reservation I was treated like a brainless person; the man on the phone said my colleague, for whom I was booking, has a strange name. What a thing to say. Then he said if we do not arrive before 6pm the room will be given away unless I state exactly when we are arriving. I decided to cancel the room. I want to be sure my colleague has a good memory of his stay in The Netherlands.

Good place for night resting during business trip.

Excellent quality food and wine.
