Well my wife's steak meal, was very good. My steak on the other hand was all but raw worse than that I found a hair on it which was black unlike mine Anne's or even Beau's. I couldn't eat the steak after the hair I did try and eat the raw meat though. The problem I have wasn't with the waitress who was very apologetic it was the owner s attitude over the meal! He didn't think it warranted a discount on the meal. Bad enough the raw steak but the hair should never have come out of a kitchen on food. I asked to see the owner who sent a message out have €4 off your €56.50 bill which was for two steaks, so not cheap to start with. I just felt it was the owners thought oh! their on holiday so sod them, they won't be back anyway. I told the waitress to keep the €4 herself as it wasn't her fault. My question is how could one steak be so well cooked but the other was raw everywhere apart from where it hit the grill. 1/4 inch in was just flesh not even bloody.
So if in the Netherlands and you want customer service DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE!
