Rooms: The rooms are rather spartan and carpeted. This one had some spots that were rather unsightly. The shower cubicle was defective, which meant that the bath was under water after showering. View and location were okay. The bed consisted of two separate parts that slipped further away from each other during the night.
Restaurant: Delicious food, prices rather upscale. Waiter nice and courteous. Breakfast buffet great.
Wellnes area: The swimming pool is nicely large, but has come of age. It is a pity that there are no nice sunbathing facilities by the pool or the sauna. Even on demand, it was not possible to lie down outside despite good weather. A relaxation room was also missing. In the swimming pool area there were many large windows, but none of them could be opened. So it was unbearable 35 degrees + in the room. The sauna area is very manageable, dark and small. 2 sauns are in our opinion not enough for a "resort".
Overall: We definitely hoped for more from the hotel. Through our website and pictures we started from a beautiful wellness hotel. What we found was more like an ageing cycling hotel. We're not coming back.
