It's easy to find as it is located near main roads. The rooms are great (recently renovated) and the food is awesome. There is more than enough entertainment along with the virtually unlimited suply of great food and drinks. Definitely a good vacation spot for a worryless trip!

Great place for an inclusive break. Very wide range of drinks, excellent food is a highlight! Both are available most of the time. Lots to do — water park, jacuzzi, 10-pin bowling, billiards, snooker, fun-fair (dodgems! ), etc. Rooms are pretty good, but on the ground floor they aren't air-conditioned.

The experience alone is worth going here… The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is because it is quite expensive. However if you can afford it. Definitely go here at least once. The food is great. The suite rooms are really amazing. So again. If money is available. Definitely give it a try.

They tried to mix kids fun with adult fun, and the result is not in the kids favor. Sure, they have a lot of activities, but there are also 2AM shoutings on the hallways and room after-parties. Some of the staff do not handle English very well.

Excellent place, has everything inside the hotel from food, a wonderful pool, a small amusement park and several bars to drink.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Just disaster! In the hotel at the reception professional liars work under the management of the manager. Instead of the promised attractions we did not get a substantial part, but for that we paid twice as it should be. Don't give in to the provocation of scammers. The confirmation of payment was also not meant to be given by D. Staff. And the manager neighed in the face, instead of solving the problem correctly, as it should be if his employees are mistaken. I really hope this business goes bankrupt.

Stayed one night, rooms are comfortable and centrally located. The whole site is well organised and there are lots of places to eat and drink with each one ofering a different choice e. G. Asian, fish. There is something for everyon e to do here including a pool, an indoor fun fair, crazy golf, live music.

A fun place with plenty of entertainment. The food is okay, the rooms too. Nice entourage.

A great place to spend a nice day with the family. The swimming pool is really great and the kids were also absolutely thrilled by the Indoorkirmes.

Super nice for swimming, but after 3-4 times you have of course seen everything. But is something new and beautiful also great with babies because that water is super warm and the surroundings interesting. There are also baby cots on site if the little ones are tired. Just be sure to take food with you!

Very pleasant stay, very comfortable many possibilities for young and old.
Small drawback, there were not enough towels and bath towels for corresponding number of occupants on room.
The staff is not necessarily German speaking.
And although everything was nicely done on the street, even the mood was quite good, only a bit more program for German tourists would have been nice.

Definitely worth five stars. Very child-friendly. For a hotel it has a lot of a mini golf course several restaurants a fair and even more.

We were there for a brunch. It was a buffet. It was okay, but thing were out quickly. We had 2 hours but within the first hour things couldn't be refilled. Everything I ate was very good. No complaints about the food. Just a littlebit frustrated about the things I would like to have, but couldn't get because they were out.

Hello I would find the stay nice that eat was delicious a great swimming pool and the rooms were wonderful.

Rooms are good because the little lamp attached to the wall was always in the way. The indoor entertainment is perfect as there are many things that elders can get entertained by, for kids it is really fun because personally I have been on the bumpy cars 5 hours straight. The swimming pool is good. The crew is very friendly and helpful. I really suggest going to this place as it’s “The place to be” I am looking forward to coming back here as soon as I can.

The room was average, but the food/drinks/personnel were very good.

What an experience! The staff was nice and the food was good we had an wonderfull weekend. The pool is amazing, so is the bowling ally and all the other indoor activities. The staff was helpfull en kind. The only thing that got my attention is that some doors and beds aren't made for big people (I'm 7ft tall).

Second visit to Preston palace. Even better than the first time! Indeed the place to be!

The room was clean and big enough for the 2 of us. The food was pretty good but nothing too special. Entertainment is a little bit lacking in my opinion, the indoor carnival is really small and the movie theatre has incredibly dated movies. All in all I really enjoyed my stay though.

Food was amazing, there were lots of different food what made it special as well. From the inside the building looks amazing cause of the decorations used. The people who work there were awesome too. They were friendly helpfull.

Preston Palace is by far the best family hotel I have ever been to. So many things to experience! I had such a great time.

Eerste indruk Is super goed. Wordt ontvangen met een lach, eten Is goed, mag iets meer variatie. Faciliteiten zijn ook top.

Had a nice swim, but it's pretty expensive for a rather small pool. It's nicely decorated though.

The food was great, but I expected there to be more diversity. The rooms were okay, but the floors weren't really clean. The activities were fun.

2 days stay which were very nice. Deluxe room is neat and spacious. Everything is clean and looks like the rooms are well decorated.

So were am13.03.2016 in Preston Palace unz very well liked the rooms Dan were very nice and clean bath rooms clean the food was also good for all inclusive, it was good buffet breakfast was also very good were eat well in the restaurant bistro was also good for 12 €50 it was also very good for the children it's all very nice cinema was spilraum mini golf fair of schwimbad sights there bowling billiards and other things the only criticism is that at some place in hotel unpleasant smell has I think there could be even what else do hotel is very nice it will continue in rims and we take against hin ☆☆☆☆

Super for children.

Everythink ok. Good food at the dinner, not overly great food at breakfast, but still ok.

Often issues during check-in. Also the rooms look not so excelent. But all other services of the hotel are excellent.

Mooie aardige mensen, ik heb daar mijn man ontmoet en we zijn nog steeds gelukkig. Bart en ik feesten er goed op los daar, tot de volgende keer.

We had room 211 and I think that is a single instead of a double. The bathroom door opened not quite, because then that came, already through the double bed that was crammed into the small room. For the rest, it was very fun and the food is top.

For us, this is a place where we can relax. Are our favorites, but also walking in the beautiful surroundings of the swimming pool and the Central terrace is fantastic. I think the food was better 15 years ago, there was more selection, the restaurant is now more like a cantine in a factory, that's bad, so I'm always a dinner in the Bistro or the PIRI-PIRI.

We had a very pleasant stay at Preston Palace, the food was good, the staff are nice and friendly, and there is enough to do for all. Also mix drinks are included which is nice.

Rooms old and dirty, broken screens. The bed was not good. The people who work at Preston Palace are very friendly.

There is a nice atmosphere in Preston Palace. Compared to hotels in the vicinity, Preston Palace offers the best value for money. This is the best place for kids, hanging out, although adults are entertained. The indoor exhibition is great and the pool with beautiful fish is a must to see.

Everyting Whas wonderfull restaurant, food-swimming pool, playground for children, cinema, the big Carnaval on the upper floor.

Much to do. But the staff at the reception is crap because there not at all friendly.
