Nice location, crowded breakfast buffet, small wellness but with pool and sauna.

Compared to the price, you would expect more. The rooms are a bit dated, parking is drama. However, location is awesome, breakfast fantastic and staff is friendly. Sauna and pool are nice extras.

The hotel is abgeranzt. Our reservation was forgotten, so checking in was a Gedultprobe. The pool was a joke. Check out the pictures before your bay.

Good room, small TV, nice sauna, good food, small menu, nice bar with pooltable.

The hotel is centrally located on the edge of the Schoorlschen dunes and the village of Schoorl is within easy walking distance. The lobby of the hotel is bright and friendly. The staff was very helpful. The rooms are medium in size, clean and well equipped, with no inventory available in the kitchenette. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Overall recommended.

Comfortable hotel in a great location, warm and welcoming staff, great beds and shower, and a fresh feel. But, as always with Fletcher, overpriced breakfast (€16 pp) and horrible Wi-Fi.

Price performance does not fit at all! Way too much money for little to no comfort.
The rooms are very old and with us in the bathroom there is a bathtub with shower curtain, for a hotel very questionable. Even a double bed is searched for in vain. Dogs are allowed, but not in the restaurant, which is not described in advance on the Internet. Accordingly, you can take a seat in the lobby and take your meals there while the cleaning lady is on the way with the vacuum cleaner. Very cozy! The area here is gorgeous, but prefers to book a holiday home. There is just as much service as here in the hotel. Within four days the room was cleaned only once. Even the sign, "Please make the room clean" is ignored and simply hanged back into the room.

For a hotel with a sauna and pool, we'd expect at least 2 towels per person. Also, we slept with 3 people in one room that was meant for 2. The person had to sleep on a stretcher bed that was much less comfortable than the other 2 beds. The experience in the hotel and pool and sauna was very good on the other hand!

We rented an apartment with dogs (room 015). Everywhere in the rooms is carpeting, which we feel unfavorable when animals are allowed.
The master bedroom has no window and there is a sink in each bedroom. The first impression provides a hospital atmosphere.
The carpet gave the smell of the last years price and without footwear we did not want to go on it.
The breakfast was good, except for the dry scrambled eggs there was nothing to criticize from our point of view.
The parking situation, on the other hand, is pure insolence! You have to be lucky to get one. In addition, you really have to be a very safe driver if you want to drive the car park that is located around the hotel. It's wild and parked in far too narrow bays — I've never seen anything like it before.
The bar in the basement area had always been on, only one rarely got drinks since the waitress had to operate there because of staff shortages or savings still up in the restaurant. We then went up a beer drink on the terrace. Even there we had to take action and run after the operation to get what. Since then no one else came to ask if we want to drink anything else we left.

For a good price, really chic!

Very friendly staff / beautiful area / clean rooms / superb kitchen.

The rooms were fine but the pricing is nonsensical due to them switching their amenities. My parents got a room exactly the same size as mine even though it cost more. It turned out they were basically paying more to have a larger closet and fridge instead of a kitchenette. It's not clear that one should cost more than the other.

Rooms are fine, there's a kitchenette but no utensils or plates. The town is nice.

Good Hotel for an Overnight stay, Breakfast OK, the rooms could be clean a good size here and there a bit more modern.

Today is the first day. Hotel very well maintained. Staff very nice. The state is few kilometers. You can also borrow over the dunes to reach or bicycles. A Sauna and an indoor pool available, but not yet tested.

Goed sfeer fijne kamers. Goed personeel.

Very professional and friendly service, excellent food! Definitely recommended.
